Ce golfe avant vacances condo (Princess 302) est parfaitement situé au troisième étage et est idéal pour les familles avec de petits enfants ou pour se divertir tous vos invités. Ils seront à quelques pas de profiter de tout le sable qu'ils peuvent manipuler! Laissez les enfants jouer ci-dessous pendant que vous regardez et vous détendre à partir de votre grand et spacieux balcon en bord de mer!

Une élégance simple et super décor se trouve tout au long de cette unité confortable. Vous aurez la meilleure vue sur la plage depuis votre canapé du salon ou dans le fauteuil ou rockers confortables. Le sympathique plan de vie ouvert de la famille est tout ce que vous avez été chercher, Le grand balcon en bord de mer garantit des couchers de soleil tous les soirs. La grande salle à manger et la cuisine sont ouverts à la salle de séjour. Donc, personne ne pourra jamais se sentir exclu. Le salon et la chambre principale sont en bord de mer et ont un accès direct au balcon, Et partout où vous allez à Princess 302, vous aurez les meilleures vues de la plage et du golfe! Et si vous cherchez l'air frais, à quelques pas seulement sur votre grand balcon!

La cuisine a tous les gadgets de cuisine, vous aurez besoin de fouetter jusqu'à ce que le repas gastronomique en quelques minutes. Tous les appareils sont de taille normale, y compris la machine à laver et sèche-linge qui sont dans la grande salle de lavage séparée.

Vous ne pouvez pas battre la princesse 302 au Princess Condominiums, un condo de villégiature de luxe. Cette unité a un lit king dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et un autre lit dans la troisième chambre. L'unité 302 a été mise à jour avec un nouveau tapis dans toutes les chambres, de nouvelles tuiles dans le salon et la salle à manger et un nouveau fauteuil dans le salon. CET APPAREIL DORT 8, MAIS DORMIR JUSQU'À 10 AVEC ADDITIONNELS LOCATION DE LIT TWIN. Les locations sont disponibles pour une somme modique et viennent avec tous les draps.

Cette unité est méticuleusement entretenue et nettoyée aux normes les plus élevées. Pas de coins sales ou de vieux draps ici. Le directeur inspecte personnellement le condo après chaque nettoyage et avant chaque arrivée! Le gestionnaire vit à la princesse et est à portée de main 24/7 pour prendre soin de toutes les questions que vous pourriez avoir. Ce que vous voyez est ce que vous obtenez lorsque vous louez ce condo!

Cette extrémité est de Panama City Beach condominium est un lieu familial et convivial où tous les condos sont en bord de mer. Il y a 2 piscines chauffées en bord de mer et un jacuzzi extérieur. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! From the moment I was put into contact with Jennifer and Donna, everything went smoothly. The way the these ladies run their business is beyond every experience I have had with VRBO before. The room was very clean and ready slightly earlier than expected! The beds were all comfortable and everything you would need for your stay was available. We had amazing weather the entire week! I would definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone that asks!

Wonderful getaway vacation time !!

Very nice location and clean unit with all amenities especially Kitchen. Balcony is very spacious and perfect spot for Sunsets and good photos. My Family had good time and would love to come back. We also saw dolphins few times from balcony and binoculars too. Walkable beach and good family location. Indoor pool is also great along with outdoor heated pool and spa. Overall happy with the stay !!

Clean, great location, and has it all

We chose this condo because we’ve stayed in a different unit at Princess before. We like the area - it’s more quiet & this particular complex seems more upscale. From the moment we entered the unit, we noticed how clean it was. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The decor was nice. The beds were more on the firm side, but we all liked them and slept soundly. A big draw for us was the 2 beach chairs & umbrella that was included (we flew in to ECP & weren’t able to pack our own chairs or umbrella, so this was a definite plus for us). Communication with VIP was easy and smooth. We had some very minor/cosmetic issues with the dishwasher and a shower drain, but neither required fixing while we were there. The only negative was that the indoor pool was closed for renovations while we were there (but that’s not the fault of VIP - i was just unlucky enough to go when this was happening). I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat (& plan to!)! 🏝😎

Very nice 3rd floor condo...great view from the balcony and steps away from the beach! VIP property management was great to work with. Loved that the chairs were included so we could spend time everyday on the sugar sand of the Beach! Had a great time!

Quick weekend getaway with the family!

We decided last minute that we wanted to bust the kids out of school for a much needed weekend getaway. The whole process with this property was so smooth. From booking - check out. The ladies that manage the property were super helpful and on top of everything. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has amazing view of the water and is way bigger than we expected. We usually like to go out and do a lot of tourist stuff but the condo was so nice and clean we actually hung around the condo/property most of our trip.

Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Princess, room 302. The condo was big enough for everyone, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. This unit had the biggest laundry room I've ever seen in a condo. Jennifer and Donna with VIP Resort Properties were very helpful with all our needs. We decided to come a day early and with the room being available, they were able to accommodate us. I would recommend VIP Resorts to all in search of a vacation home. Randy

The condo was just as advertised, plus more. The kitchen was fully stocked, all the rooms were large with plenty of space for 8 when our kids joined us for Thanksgiving. Donna and Jennifer were a delight to work with. We will stay there again!!

This 3 bedroom unit is great for families with children or three couples. The views of sunsets are plentiful and the ocean breezes are non-stop! We are located on the East end of Thomas Drive with less congestion and noise.

If you rent Princess 302, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO.CHECK-IN IS 4 P.M., CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.
