Parfait pour une famille, ce cottage de livre de contes de deux chambres et deux salles de bain comprend un salon de deux étages avec cheminée, une cuisine d'office, une salle à manger, une suite parentale au premier étage avec une demi-salle de bain comprenant une laveuse et une sécheuse superposables et chambre queen de style loft avec un lit double supplémentaire et salle de bain complète au deuxième étage.

Niché dans les dunes en face du terrain de jeu de Sandcastle, il est à quelques pas de notre lac privé et à quelques pas de la piscine, du tennis, du basket-ball et du lac Michigan.

Peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes dans des lits, pas d'animaux, non fumeur, s'il vous plaît. Les locations à la semaine en été sont du samedi au samedi avec des séjours de 2 nuits bienvenus sinon.

La voiturette de golf n'est disponible que pendant la saison. Les locations hors saison n'ont pas accès à la voiturette de golf. Cette maison offre un foyer pour ces nuits de détente en famille.

Great location and resort feel!

The resort-style community was lovely with great amenities and fun for all ages. The kids loved the pool and the little beach. The property was beautiful and clean, staff was wonderful - would definitely stay again! Just as advertised, highly recommend!

The resort is great however the property that we had is 20 feet away from the slide which seemed to be the main attraction for all of the children (from 7am to 10pm)! Outside of the slide, the property was nice and very clean. It would have been nice to have a covered patio or porch like most of the other properties. I would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you have children.

Nice house with good amenities. Second trip to the Beachwalk Resort. Felt 4 years ago when there the properties were better manicured…seemed a lot of overgrown/natural tall grasses this year. Quiet resort. Nice pool.

Everything was as expected, other than the TV's didn't work and the golfcart did not have a charge when we arrived. The staff was quick to remedy these issues, and the overall stay was great!

The home was clean, comfortable, and incredibly cozy—truly felt just like home. My family felt at peace the entire time thanks to the thoughtful touches and warm atmosphere throughout the space.One of the highlights for us was the location—directly across from the park! It was such a joy to sip my morning coffee while watching my children play safely just steps away. That alone made our stay extra special.I would 100% recommend this property to families with small children. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The shed provided all we needed for the beach including umbrella, wagon, chairs and bodyboards. The downstairs bathroom could use some shelving and hooks. There was no where to place any bathroom items besides the small sink and toilet top.

A Week Away from the Hustle and Bustle of it All....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at Clapton's Corner was delightful as the home is well equipped for a family of 4 or 5. The location is very quiet despite being by the playground, which was a concern at first. It's nice that it's off the way a little bit so you can sit out, read a book and enjoy some quiet time.The kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed for entertaining and then some. The little extras like plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher soap, dish washing soap, zip lock bags, tupperware etc. - very helpful if you are not eating out all the time.The living room was very comfortable for lounging and having conversations, as it held 6 adults very nicely. A few recommendations for future updates at Clapton's Corner....the mattresses are dreadfully uncomfortable and the rug in the front room under the dining room table is not secured so it makes for a mess after the chairs are moved around a few times. And this is a very small item- but there weren't any hot pads in the kitchen. Overall, we would give our stay an 8 out of 10!

It was very convenient being right next to the park for our two year old. He loved the slide on the hill and the whole park is great. We love Beachwalk and look forward to going back next year!

Perfect Spot

I did not closely read the description beforehand but the 2nd floor "room" has no door. It's more of a loft. That made getting our toddler to stay in bed a challenge. The stairs are also very steep. All amenities were present as needed and the house was cozy for our family of 4. It was in overall good condition and very clean. The washing machine and dishwasher were incredibly loud. We learned the first night not to run those while we slept. Great upgrades to the community property gave us a great experience!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some issues with our stay - the golf cart's battery dies, even after charging overnight. One of the bed's bedding had not been changed (sand). There was not gas in the grill to make dinner. We only stayed two nights so this was all frustrating. Management was helpful in addressing some of the issues, but I don't think we'll stay there again.

We LOVED this house!

This is a perfect house for a couple or two couples. It’s one of the smaller units in beachwalk and it’s super cute and nice. We stayed her during our wedding and it was perfect for two of us. Would rent again!
