This was a nice, simple location for us to enjoy Florence from as a family. We were transitioning between two other locations, so as well as experiencing the city, we enjoyed some down time in the apartment and family movie nights as well. The two bedrooms plus sofa sleeper were really convenient. The only downside was that the mattresses were not the most comfortable for our family, but we can be a little more sensitive to that. We did really enjoy our stay there!

The bathrooms were tiny and the beds not exactly comfortable. The person sent to meet us for check-in was late. But the location was stellar and was the reason we chose this location, so definitely satisfied on that front.

This little apartment is so central, you really are in the middle of everything with beautiful buildings all around you. We fell in love with the green door and although it could sometimes be noisy from the restaurants and bars all around, we did not hear noise from the bedrooms at the back and were able to sleep well. Just a note that the bathrooms are quite small, they are a separate small shower and toilet which are quite cupboard like and then a slightly bigger but still an odd thin shaped en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom.As a family of four with two teenage girls it was good to have two toilets and two showers even if they were small. The kitchen is basic and could have done with a tea towel but other than that it had all we needed including a lovely Italian coffee pot.We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was ideally located and within walking distance to all the major sites. It was very clean and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Vladimir that handled the check-in was excellent. He’s was very responsive, provided some recommendations, and answered our questions about a private transport to our next destination. However, the beds were so terribly uncomfortable that we cannot recommend this apartment unless they are replaced. All 3 mattresses are thin, firm, and you feel all of the springs. None of us slept well.

No one ever came and met with us at the place. Total scam. Renters beware! When called, I got the run around. I lost a lot of money on this place and then I got messages about how my stay it was going. I wouldn’t know how it is going because we never got in the place, no one came. I contacted them and the woman acted like it wasn’t rented to me for the night. Easy money for them to pocket. Again, Don’t rent this place unless you want to get scammed.

We strongly disagree with the accusation that this was a scam. Our office closes at 7:00 PM, which is why we were unable to respond until we had read your message. Furthermore, check-in arrangements were to be coordinated directly with the concierge, not with our office. The correct check-in procedure is important to ensure a smooth arrival, and we regret that there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding these arrangements. We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. It did get loud at night as there is a bar across the street. The bedrooms are in the back so it didn’t bother me, but my daughter slept on the sofa and it was loud for her.

Very clean and in a nice area close to lots of things to do. The host is very responsive, but due to a slight miscommunication, the cleaner was still there when we arrived. Not a huge deal, but not ideal. The bathrooms are very small and cramped, not great for a family of four. Nice living room space and an overall nice building.

The best part of this listing was the location! Very central and accessible but at the same time farther away from the business of the duomo and closer to more local areas. The apartment and bathroom is good for what it is. The bathroom is are VERY small. The rooms are good, beds could be more comfortable and pillows should be replaced soon. Wish the check in process was easier, and more transparency about the extra 6 euro per person per day fee on the listing.

Absolutely DO NOT STAY HERE! I woke up with bed bug bites all over my stomach and back. The mattresses are disgusting and they didn’t have any mattress covered. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until the next morning. We left as soon as we woke up. I am now fighting for my money back as they say there were no bed bugs even though I sent pictures of my bites and the disgusting mattresses. The Italian company that managing this apartment has been very difficult to deal with. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The location was amazing but if you’re looking for comfort and convenience when it comes to sleeping well and having space to do your make up and shower comfortably, think again. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds (spring mattress). There was no bathroom vanity space, bathrooms and showers themselves were tiny. That’s too bad because I loved the rooms and cabinets in bedrooms that were super helpful.

The property is located in a great location which allowed us to walk around and explore Florence on foot easily. We found the street below the actual residence to be very quiet at night. The place was clean and there was air conditioning in each room. There are two full washrooms but they are very small and tight. We would definitely stay again!
