Les résidences Aqualea se composent de 18 unités sur la partie en bord de mer de l'hôtel Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach. Il est géré par Aqualea Residences Condominium Association. Ce 2br / 2. Unité de condo 5ba est sur la plage et a une vue directe sur le golfe. Vous avez une vue coucher de soleil sur le golfe depuis le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et les deux chambres. Des vues incroyables de chaque endroit dans cette unité et vous vous sentez si près de l'eau et il n'y a pas de mauvais angle. Bien que l'unité dispose d'une entrée d'ascenseur dédiée qui s'ouvre directement sur le condo, ainsi que d'un parking dédié, vous avez toujours les commodités de l'hôtel Hyatt Regency connecté. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine spectaculaire, de plusieurs terrasses, dont celle sur le toit, et d'un centre de remise en forme à votre disposition. Si vous voulez vous faire plaisir, vous pouvez également payer pour utiliser d'autres équipements de ce complexe de classe mondiale, y compris le spa. This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here, February/March. Great location and the owners are great to deal with, very responsive. Lots of things to do close by…. Very walkable. I will miss those beautiful sunsets!!!

Awesome!

The location of the property is perfect, very walkable with shops, restaurants and music every night, playing in multiple places. The condo is perfect with two main suites on opposite sides for privacy. Sunsets are magnificent! Hosts were very responsive. Already booked again for next year.

Ultimate Clearwater Beach

Loved the location right across from the beach. The condo was extremely clean, open, and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed working with the owners and they were very helpful! Definitely a 5 star review!

Perfect condo at the perfect location

Condo is very nice and spacious. Location is perfect. Evening time on the balconies ... perfect! Amenities are complete with pool, hot tub, beach. Has only been a couple days, but I miss it already! :) Hosts are very deserving of Super Host tag.

Great location

The location of the property was wonderful. There was a lot to do and the amenities at the Hyatt were very nice. The layout of the condo was great as each group has their own end for privacy and a nice central living area and kitchen. The condo was not very clean when we arrived and we had an appliance snafu that should have been addressed before we arrived. The owner did get the appliance promptly replaced and had cleaners come after a few days but it was a bit of an inconvenience.

We are glad you enjoyed the condo and were able to enjoy the location and amenities as much as we do! As we communicated to you, we were very sorry that the heat selection knob on the dryer was not attached properly. The dryer had been functioning for others beforehand so we did not know it was broken until you told us. It was Christmas weekend and you had rest of the family joining you on December 26th and we wanted it fixed before that. Rather than waiting for the part we immediately ordered a brand new dryer to be installed instead, as you kindly noted. Regarding the floor that was not cleaned to your satisfaction, we had the cleaners come back as soon as they could and we raised the concern with the head of housekeeping. She has assured us that going forward she will personally check the cleaning done by the staff. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your feedback.

Beautiful condo, fantastic location, wonderful hosts

This condo was amazing! It looks even better in person than in the photos. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The condo has a wonderful layout, and it feels much larger than I expected. The amenities of the Hyatt were excellent. The condo is within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and activities. It would be impossible to be bored here! The owners are delightful and so responsive to texts and messages. We had a problem with the refrigerator’s water line freezing. The owners sent a repair person out the next day. The owners decided to replace the fridge instead of repair it, and we had a new fridge within 2 days. In the meantime, they had a filtered water pitcher and ice trays delivered to us. We could not have asked for a more lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Incredible, Exceeding expectations!!

Thank you so very much, our vacation was incredible! Location, location, location are the key elements to any property and this properties location is directly in the center of Clearwater Beach. You could not find property in a more desirable location. It provides walking distance access to all that Clearwater Beach offers. Absolutely Incredible, Exceeding Expectations is not an overstatement relative to the unit and its amenities. The unit is absolutely beautiful typified by exquisite decor with an "at home" quality. It's two large bedrooms on opposite ends of this huge unit provides ultimate privacy. The dining room, living room and kitchen are very nice with more than was expected. The amenities included access to the gym and sauna. What is noteworthy is the roof top pool. The pool offers bar and food service as well as entertainment which my entire family took advantage of. The view from the pool deck overlooking the beach and the gulf was breathtaking. Finally the owners of the unit were accessible before, during and after our trip. They were truly interested in making our stay top notch. They did not disappoint. Needless to say we completely enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book another vacation! Thanks again!
