Cette escapade parfaite île 2 BR / 2 BA sur Longboat Key avec une belle plage et piscine

** VEUILLEZ PRENDRE CONNAISSANCE QUE LA PISCINE ET LE PONT SERA FERMÉ DU 1er JUIN AU 31 DÉCEMBRE 2019.

Cette escapade parfaite île est située sur la pointe sud de Longboat Key avec une belle plage et la piscine.

Ce condo de luxe en bord de mer au deuxième étage a de nouveaux meubles dans les deux chambres avec de nouveaux matelas. Cette unité de luxe dispose d'environ 1700 pieds carrés avec une longueur de 52 pieds, véranda en bord de mer ouverte. Les affichages peuvent être dépassés! La plage est super et la piscine et le jacuzzi invitant aussi!

Le salon et la salle à manger surdimensionnés et les deux chambres ouvertes à la véranda. Il ya une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four à micro-ondes et une laveuse et une sécheuse. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size avec dressing et salle de bain. La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits jumeaux et d'un dressing et d'une baignoire. Toutes les chambres sont meublées dans un style floridien contemporain.

Vous apprécierez les vues magnifiques et les merveilleux logements dans cette propriété de luxe en bord de mer. Longboat Key et sa plage sont à vous de profiter!

Beautiful property with oversized balcony terrific for watching sunsets. Sandy beach was wonderful as was the pool. Property manager (FVC) was great to work with. Definitely recommend.

Nice beach front views

We enjoyed the expansive balcony overlooking the beach. The pool area and beach were very nice. The unit was large (although somewhat dated) and all rooms had nice views.

Beautiful and convenient location

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment in the Longboat Key Club resort but without Club amenities. It has great ocean views and is right on the pristine beach. We’ve stayed several times and it has always been an excellent experience.

Nice property in a great location.

Great to work with FVC who manage this property that sits within building two of LBK Resort. The apartment needs a little updating but it works very well and had everything you need. The. beach and access to it is great. We had a lovely trip and love LBK in general.

Ultimate stay on Longboat Key

Recently stayed at this VRBO property. Fantastic view from the balcony for morning coffee and evening drinks. The condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. It's much larger than it appears on the pictures. All the conveniences of home. Had a fantastic stay.

This is a beautiful, well-placed and spacious unit. Beds were very comfortable. Though everything was in working order, much of the condo itself is outdated. It’s a great value but just don’t expect it to be bright and sparkly. It is showing its 40 year age.

2207 Condo Inn on the Beach

This condo was a perfect set up for two couples. Both bedrooms are separated by the great room/dining/kitchen. The full balcony gives everyone a nice view from every room. The location was close to the beach and the pool. The house was clean and had all you would need to cook and/ or not. We will be back. The location is close to everything in downtown. Lovely decorations and very hard to leave.

The view was AMAZING! The condo and decor was dated but the view made everything great! The only confusing part was the membership vs people that rent through an outside source. You have no access to the restaurants or pool bar. Overall the view made the trip!

Father’s Day Weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! However, please know that the bellhops will not allow access to the luggage carts (locked up) unless you pay them. He was quite rude, and we decided to take care of ourselves. Aside from the bellhop, we truly enjoyed the property & beach.

Close proximity to club but without access

Even though we knew in advance we would not have access to the club’s restaurant, pool, etc; we felt slightly ostracized.

spacious but needs updating

large condo, great view. Did not like not being able to order even a drink from the resort. Kitchen was old and decrepit. Needs new coffeemaker and toaster and dishwasher. would not rent this unit again.

We make strong efforts to ensure that all potential and confirmed guests are fully aware of this at many customer dialogue touch points including property description information, on the confirmation email, in the confirmation letter, in our check in packet of information, in the condo, and direct customer touch point dialogue. Business and Beach Time

We conducted several meetings in the condo as well as enjoyed personal time. Location of the bedrooms gave lots of privacy and the large areas, with multiple tables, provided different options for business meetings. The only issue we had was the availability of plugs for phones/computers due to the age of the property. Also, TV in main room operated differently from bedrooms and were unable to operate it. Location perfect and view magnificent. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and generous size but Red Tide overpowering

This was a great location and large unit in the Longboat beach club. You however, could not use the club's beach umbrellas nor any of the bar or food facilities, or water sport rentals. Could use your own umbrella down the beach from the club. We were only able to walk the beach and sit on the beach a couple of days. After that the red tide was too strong to go out and the last three days was so bad no one could even sit out at the pool. Check the Florida State red tide advisory before your booking.

I'm sorry to read that red tide made for an unpleasant stay for you on the beach. I hope you took advantage by visiting the variety of local attractions we have near by. I'm glad you enjoyed our spacious two bedroom beachfront condo (3-007) at the Inn on the Beach (aka Resort at Longboat Key). When our guests request resort amenities, we do refer them to the Resort. Those that do not require resort amenities are happy to pay much less for the same size accommodation and view. In our VRBO/HomeAway listing, it is mentioned that the resort amenities were not included. Thank you for taking time to share your opinion with others. Please come again.
