BEACH BLISS - ÉTAPES DU SABLE - A / C, VÉLO et PARKING, TOTAL REMODEL

Ce duplex a été entièrement rénové du sol au plafond. Chaque unité a des entrées totalement séparées (unité à l'étage et en bas). Les deux unités ont 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, donc vous aurez 6 chambres au total. Il y a un garage / abri pour 2 voitures - 2 ensembles de laveuses / sécheuses et tout le matériel de plage dont vous aurez besoin, y compris 8 croiseurs de plage et 3 vélos pour enfants pour faire un tour sur le trottoir. L'unité à l'étage dispose d'un grand patio avec terrasse et banc, barbecue et beaucoup de place pour accrocher vos serviettes. Le patio en bas est un peu plus petit mais a aussi un banc et un barbecue. La chambre principale en bas a ensuite / salle de bain et laveuse / sécheuse. La propriété est juste à quelques pas de la plage (pas de vue sur la plage de l'intérieur de la maison, mais si vous sortez, vous pouvez voir le sable et l'océan). C’est un très bon emplacement, près de tout en vélo ou à pied, mais pas trop près du chaos des quais.

This was our second year staying here for our family trip and this property checks all the boxes for the best beach trip ever. Short walk to beach, toys and chairs provided, close to great food and treats, great appliances and amenities, and wonderful property owner/manager. We will keep coming back!

I have stayed in many rental homes at Newport Beach, and I highly recommend this home! It checked all the boxes!! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it has A/C, the house is stocked well. We had babies staying with us and there were pack n plays for sleeping, high chairs for feeding and plenty of sand toys to play with. The beach gear was amazing! There were wagons, beach chair, umbrellas, boogie boards and bikes. Everything you can think of this house has. Great communication with the host. I felt like I was her only client with how quick she was to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was close to the beach which is a must for us. It was clean and had everything we could have needed. We love staying at homes that think of the extras: beach toys, bikes, boogie boards, etc. Great communication from the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were together with our children and grandchildren. The accommodations were very comfortable with each room having it's own air conditioning unit.The kitchens were well stocked. We also enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, chairs for the beach and beach toys! The location was great being only a few minutes walk from the beach. I am sure we will be back!

Wonderful location, beautiful home!

This was a perfect location for a larger group stay! Our group really enjoyed this home in Newport Beach for our experiential learning high school student's project week! The home was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities we needed! The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating to our large group!! Would definitely come back again!!

Loved it!

We were looking for a place where we could be by the beach and near Disneyland. This was a perfect location! Lisa was very responsive to all questions. We can't say enough about how great it was to have bicycles, wet suits, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. available. This was a driving factor in our decision making and it was perfect for our group. Loved it!

Fabulous place to stay!!

We could not have been happier staying here. We rented both units and it was perfect. It looked newly remodeled, was very clean, fully stocked with all the things! Soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent for dishes and laundry, a plethora of beach towels, all things fun for the beach, bikes, surf boards, wet suits, beach chairs, etc!..and located just a very short walk to the beach. Our group had a blast!! Thanks for putting so much work into making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend!!

Second time here. We love it!

This property has everything you need. No need to bring anything. Every room is comfortable with its own TV and A/C unit. Umbrellas, chairs, bikes, beach towels, washer and dryer. The best part of course is the closeness to the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood has a quiet policy from 9 pm to 8 am which makes for a peaceful, quiet stay as well. I recommend this place highly!

Wonderful beach house

We've stayed at many beach houses in Newport over the years and this by far was the best. It was equipped wuth everything you need for a relaxing stay including bikes, wet suits, boogie boards and even a beach wagon for the short walk to the beach. It has ac and ceiling fans which was a big plus. Lisa was amazing with her patience and quick response to all my questions and needs. This is a big step above previous rentals we've stayed at. Location was awesome. Five stars for this gem.

Perfect property with LOTS of amenities

We travel quite a bit and stay in rentals and hotels and this is one of the best well-stocked places we have ever been to. It made packing and prepping for the trip SO easy. It's about a block from the beach - meaning we all felt comfortable sending our kids by themselves (ages 10 to 16). Instructions were clear and comprehensive. Great communication with owner. If we plan another beach trip for our family, we would choose this place again!

Wonderful property with all the amenities and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's property. Everything was as advertised. Both the upstairs and downstairs are well decorated, comfortable living spaces. We enjoyed watching movies at night after a fun day at the beach. The air conditioning was a very nice treat, something we haven't had in 20 years of vacationing in Newport. The outdoor patio on the second level was fun to play games and cards at night. Everything was clean, plenty of beach towels and the bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc made it easy to fly in and enjoy the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Lisa was excellent to work with and very accommodating.

Just as described!

All 16 of us girls slept comfortably! B unit was nice that both bathrooms were down the hall and not connected to a bedroom. There was a washer and dryer in the master in the A unit, but also in the locked garage area. While we didn't use them, the house had sooo much stuff for the beach. This house would be great for a family reunion or two families wanting to travel together.

Great place to stay.

Wonderful location. Less than a minute walk to the sand. A nice leisurely 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the Newport pier. The units are great. A/C and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Units come with lots of beach toys and beach equipment...bikes, chairs, boards and wet suits. I can't say enough about Lisa Li. She made the whole experience a joy. Check in and check out, flawless. She wants her tenants to enjoy their stay and have a great time in her properties. Thanks Lisa.

My husband and I purchased the property in 2014 and fully renovated from top to bottom. 37th Street was our favorite spot for surf and relaxation and when this house came up for sale we couldn't pass it up. We've really enjoyed this business. We've met so many wonderful people and the best part is that everyone is in a good mood when they go on vacation! We get to see everyone at their best. We live 10 minutes away so we can easily manage the property and we've learned that the best way to run this business is to be completely hands on. We have the most amazing cleaning crews, we check everyone in ourselves and its proven to be a great business model. We hope you will have the chance to enjoy the house!

37th Street is the perfect location...the boardwalk starts on 36th so you can ride bikes all up and down the beach. We like being slightly removed from the more touristy sections of town by the piers due to the noise and traffic. 37th is perfectly located close enough but just far enough. There is also a great park across the street with basketball and swings and playground for the littles. The waves at 37th have always been a favorite among the locals.

One of the unique benefits of our properties is that we include just about anything you will need or want for your beach vacation. Tons of bicycles with locks, helmets, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, beach towels, full stocked kitchens, beautiful linens on the beds, etc..etc...
Oh and not to mention that you have 2 parking spots and AC! Don't let anyone fool you, you need AC in the summer in Newport!
