The condo was exactly as described. Check in was super easy. Kristi was always available (although we had no issues), she kept in communication checking on us. The condo is 2nd floor, easy to access with direct vision to the pool but yet still good view of ocean.

We loved the condo! It's attractive, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We appreciated the little welcome items: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and snacks. We also liked the "start-up" paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and toilet tissue. The large balcony features comfy couches and a perfect view, so we spent a lot time there. Eight of us had plenty of room to stretch out. Everything we needed was in the condo. It was just a few steps to the pool, the pier, and the beach entrance. The guys had a blast battling HUGE tarpon from the pier! Mullet were everywhere, so we caught our own live bait with a cast net. We'll DEFINITELY be back!

It was a great location on a very relaxing beach. Not sure how the condo would sleep 10 but it was very comfortable for a family of four.

We love Amelia By The Sea. We have been staying here for 13 years in a row, but every year when we see how much they have gone up on the price we think we might need to look elsewhere. I hope they get their price increases under control so we don't have to go somewhere else. The change to a gate key instead of a key pad to gain access to the beach was a major issue. In the past everyone could come and go to the beach on their own, but now everyone has to come and go on their own. This was a major inconvenience. They really need to change beach access back to a key pad with a code.

Family beach vacation 2025

This condo was perfect for us. It was very roomy, beautiful, convenient and well stocked. Kristi was very good at communicating and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this condo. The only negative comment I would add would be about the parking. It is limited if you have a large group. However Kristi, again, was very nice and accommodating. We will most certainly be coming back soon to this condo.

Nice condo

The condo was pretty and comfortable. Communication was easy with the owner. The only negative things were that there are no blinds or window coverings for the main sliding glass doors in the den. With being on the 2nd floor & right at the pool, we had no privacy. Especially at night. Anyone could clearly see everything inside the condo. I would suggest getting some sort of curtain/blind. Also, upon check in, all the towels and wash clothes that were folded under the sink , were wet. So we had to re wash everything. Other than those 2 things, it was a nice place

Thank you for the review of our property. I will share your feedback with the owner about the living area sliders. That is a personal choice as each property individually owned and decorated. Please let me know next time if there is anything like wet towels so we can address it immediately. I hope you come back again.

Great location and well maintained

Stayed at this place with my family for Christmas break and had an amazing time. There is only one pier in Fernandina Beach and that is right across the balcony from the living room. Even thought we didn’t had much to request, Property manager Joseph was very prompt in responding. Check in and check out instructions we’re pretty easy and would definitely recommend this place for families with or without children.

Wonderful property, great location!
