Ce condo de 1 408 pieds carrés est le plus grand plan d'étage de 2 chambres dans le complexe à faible densité. Le salon, ainsi que la chambre des maßtres, ont accÚs au grand balcon partiellement recouvert avec vue sur le golfe, la plage et les piscines tropicales à quelques pas. Le balcon vous invite à l'extérieur pour lire, prendre le soleil ou dßner en plein air. Service de plage inclus.

La salle de bain principale comprend des meubles doubles, un bain à remous, une douche séparée et un dressing. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des éviers en acier inoxydable. La salle de lavage comprend une laveuse et un sÚche-linge automatiques.

Le Crescent est l'une des locations les plus recherchées dans la région de Destin. La propriété ne compte que 68 unités. Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location

The condo has been updated, tastefully decorated and is very clean. This location is perfect for a beach stay. From the deck area, there is a wonderful full view of the beach. The property is steps from the beach and a short drive (or walk) to many restaurants and stores. The host is quick to answer any questions you may have as well. A great week at the beach!

303 is perfect! Beautiful accommodations! Perfect location on the beach with easy access to the Silver Sands Mall and local restaurants. Gorgeous pool and easy access to the beach. Great Gym. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Property

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It is beautiful with an amazing view. Very clean and comfortable with easy access to the private beach, which never felt crowded. It is minutes from dining and shopping, including grocery stores, Chick-Fil-a and Starbucks right around the corner. Covered parking was definitely a plus and we felt very safe staying here. We enjoyed every moment!

Winter at the Beach

I am a sand and sun person and this time of year was a pleasant surprise. We loved it. Quiet peaceful and beautiful with warm days. No crowds but there are a few closings but plenty to do and many places to eat and no wait or reservations. Hopefully I will get to go back this time of year again.

We had a wonderful week staying at your property! We have stayed several places in Miramar including other units at the Crescent and yours is by far our favorite! The condo is fully stocked with everything you need including things you may have forgotten you needed! The pool and beach access was amazing and the entire stay was flawless. Enjoyed staying in the unit. Nice comfortable furniture Only gripe is that we were unable to access the unit slightly before 3pm even though cleaning crew had finished. We tried contacting the owners to get an early check in code for the door but they never returned our calls. We just sat in the lobby with all of our luggage

The location was great! The furniture looked updated. The kitchen lacked pots and pans, kitchen towels (only one), no knives to prepare meat /vegetables (only steak knives), only 3 wine glasses. The pillows in all rooms were old and flat. The towels in master bathroom were old too. The unit seemed very clean, just was not equipped with up to date kitchen/bathroom/bedroom accessories.

Smoke alarm

Smoke alarm went off one morning. No answer on the emergency line as to an explanation. Found out later that a maintenance man set it off. If it had been a real emergency I’m not sure there was any procedure to handle it.

Vacation

My husband and I visited Miramar beach for the first time. The Crescent condo room 303 was beautiful! So was the view of the beach and pool. It was quiet and relaxing. Condo was clean and had everything we would need for our stay. The Keurig didn’t work well and kept saying the needle pressure wasn’t working but it was no big deal. My husband had instant coffee instead. I noticed the fridge had a ding in the door by probably being opened by previous renters and would hit the utility door handle. I’m thinking they should’ve put the door handle on the other side of the door and possibly open inward..It’s just a shame renters aren’t careful in someone else’s home. We would definitely stay here again! We recommend!

Cleanliness of Unit

Unit is beautifully decorated, but upon check in the initial cleanliness of the unit was poor. Counter tops in bathrooms & kitchen were not properly cleaned. There was makeup powder on the bathroom counter tops and we had to clorox the kitchen counter tops, as well. There was not an adequate amount of bathroom towels in the unit. Bottom line, we have stayed at the Crescent property for many years. We love The Crescent, but for outrageously HIGH rate per night that we paid, we expected more. We will NOT stay in this unit, again.

Property was immaculately manicured and unit 303 was spacious and spotless. Could not change a thing, loved how close to the beach we were!

The building is crescent shaped with the lower number units being closest to the beach. All units in the building have a fantastic view of the ocean but this unit is on the end closest to the beach and the stairs down to the beach.
