Nous avons reçu 5 étoiles pour cet appartement. Noté pour être très propre et grand. Beaucoup d'attractions dans la région. Bien sûr, le King of Prussia Mall est primmo pour le shopping. À proximité du parc Valley Forge avec des sentiers / histoire, Valley Forge Casino, Philadelphia Expo Center, Elmwood Park Zoo, et un endroit pour s'asseoir et se détendre / lire. Plenty of room in this house by the KOP mall. House was clean, quiet, with great A/C during a heat wave. The beds were good and it was nice to have two kitchens.

Great Location

We had a great time staying here. Pat was very communicative and helpful. We didn’t run into any issues, and had a great time. The home is conveniently located near a target and some other restaurants. It’s also a short Uber drive to some busier areas of town.

Group Stay

Seven of us were in town for an event at the expo center. We had room to hang out together yet have space to ourselves. The home was clean with good amenities. I especially appreciated the tankless water heaters with numerous people trying to get ready each morning. There were a couple of check in issues but accidents happen... Pat responded immediately and took care of things quickly.

Cozy and Comfortable

Accommodations were a perfect fit for a family weekend. Plenty of room, rented upstairs and downstairs. Kitchens had all the necessities and plenty of bathrooms. Location was great as we were visiting Bryn Mawr College. Hostess was warm and friendly.

Awesome Home in KOP

We had a great family gathering at this residence. There was 10 of us and plenty of room. The kids had a blast and there was things for them to do. The weather was great and we enjoyed the outside. One downfall would be a grill or patio furniture, but other then that, this is a must stay.

All you could ask for and expect

I have rented many vacation rentals on various websites. This place checked all the boxes and was truly exceptional. Exactly as advertised, how did everything you could be, very comfortable, well-stocked, extremely clean, great location, and everything was so easy. Pat was flexible and attentive

We had to be in Philly for an extended stay due to a family emergency. The setup of the whole house worked great because my nanny was with us and I had to work during the day. Pat was very responsive and attentive. We had an ever moving end date and she was very flexible with us.

VRBO in King of Prussia

My family stayed at this house for a recent family celebration. The house is beautifully maintained, with large, well furnished bedrooms, two well stocked full eat-in kitchens (one in each half of the house, as the 2 halves are available for separate rental), and comfortable and inviting living rooms/lounges. The owner was very responsive to queries in the days/ weeks leading up to our arrival. The place is very convenient to shopping/retail. No complaints at all, I will happily stay here again.

Hi. I am Pat who helps you to book the house and tries to answers any questions. My background is a nurse for 25 years and retired early to pursue other endeavors. Just to note, I also was on many committees at a nearby Main Line Hospital where I was an Infection Liason. I do have encasements for mattresses and pillows to prevent allergies and any other issues. I use hydrogen peroxide to disinfect between Guests. Hydrogen Peroxide does kill more germs than Bleach. Most people do not know that. But anyway, just to make sure that I do my utmost to prevent any contamination issues.

This property is nice and has a serene feeling. Also it is located so near to the King of Prussia Mall, Valley Forge Park (great for walking, hiking, biking, kayaking, etc.) So many restaurants and stores nearby. Target is within walking distance from our place too.
