Reviewer Comments: The property was clean when we arrived, and the check-in process was painless, all done through my cell phone. We had great views from the balcony of the beach and got to enjoy some amateur fireworks in the evening. The A/C worked well, keeping us cool on a hot day at the beach and pool. Enjoyed the spacious pool after spending the day at the beach. Would recommend the place to stay for the family.

Beachfront Condo

Overall great property, beautiful beach view, pool was amazing and heated. The no washer and dryer in the unit was the only major downfall, but that was included in the listing.

Wanna go to the Beach!

Property was nice, clean and easy access to beach. Lots of stairs, gates and codes to remember. :) The weather was less than desirable, but nothing anyone can do about that.

Relaxing and wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at El Constante and our unit. The view of the beach from the living room and master bedroom was wonderful and especially nice to enjoy the evenings on. I loved that the unit was updated and had everything you could need to be comfortable for a week's stay. Our boys loved the access to the pool when they got tired of being on the beach and the employees were always so friendly and helpful! I can't recommend this unit and location enough. It was our 4th year to rent from here and we loved every minute of it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Toenail clippings on floor. A lot of mildew in one shower. AC outlets that look like they have melted and don't work. Loud people at pool after hours. Terrible rinse station. If they fixed these problems it would be a nice place. Close to the beach.

Would go back but..

Reviewer Comments: It started off poorly as we arrived at our check in time of 4pm, but the place was not ready. We were told several times "it shouldn't be too much longer".. we had a car full of groceries, an infant and a toddler, making this very inconvenient. we were finally able to check in a little after 5:30 PM. The place looks good and we had a blast. Wood go back was just frustrated with the check-in process. I feel like if it wasn't going to be ready by four they should've called us ahead of time to let us know instead of us showing up and finding out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in North Padre, and while the location and property management company were excellent, the condo itself left much to be desired.The management team was top notch—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. The location is also hard to beat—waking up to the ocean each morning was a highlight, and the pool, hot tub, and well-kept grounds added to the experience.Unfortunately, the condo itself had several issues. The flooring is extremely uneven, which could be dangerous for anyone with balance concerns. The beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets felt like burlap—so rough I had to cover my pillowcase with a t-shirt just to avoid waking up with a sore face. The couch is clearly past its prime; sitting on it for any length of time caused noticeable lower back pain.While the unit appeared surface clean, a closer look revealed it hadn’t had a thorough deep cleaning in quite some time.Overall, I would not choose to stay in this particular condo again, but I would definitely work with the property management company in the future—they were fantastic.

Could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a great location but there are a few things you need to know about it. 1. No locks on any of the interior doors including bathrooms which was very odd. 2. The advertised laundry room is only for long term rentals so you have to use the laundry room which is $2.00 a load, only takes quarters. 3. The AC never did catch up to how low we wanted it. It took the AC 10 + hours to get from 81 degrees when we checked in to 75 at 4 am. We called and left messages on the Padre Escapes phone numbers and never got a call back. The front desk girl said well if it’s as low as 75 then it doesn’t need any attention. 4. The water that comes out of the faucet is not drinkable so you have to bring tons of water including for coffee and cooking in my opinion. No filtration system or filtered water from the fridge. 5. There are some small key kitchen items that were missing like a working can opener, a spaghetti server 6. You get exactly how many towels and rags as people in the house, you will not get more so if you need more then bring you own. It was a great location, easy in, easy out to the beach and pool. Gorgeous view. I would stay in the complex again but would likely try a different room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of this condo with the ocean front balcony. We spent a lot of our time on this balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. My one, biggest complaint, was that this condo smelled like mold and mildew. I contacted the office and they promptly brought an ozone generator to the condo to run for an hour. It helped briefly but smell was back too soon. This mold/mildew situation needs to be more permanently addressed. Otherwise, we loved the stay in this condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the beachfront location of El Constante, but will not choose 205 again. The kitchen was unworkably cramped with zero storage space for groceries. It was inadequately stocked to serve six people and we ended up purchasing some basics like cooking utensils. The furniture was uncomfortable, the carpeting worn, and there were ants in the upstairs bedrooms. We have stayed in two other beachfront units and will choose between them in the future.
