DIRECT OCEANFRONT RESORT VIVRE À SON PLUS FIN!
# 5-202 au Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Il est situé au 2ème étage très recherché du bâtiment 5 le plus recherché. C'est le seul bâtiment qui a un océan à l'avant et un parcours de golf à l'arrière. Vue sur l'océan et le littoral jusqu'à la ville de Kailua où vous pouvez voir les bateaux de croisière dans la baie. Couchers de soleil toute l'année, observation des baleines en saison et observation des dauphins, brise fraîche de l'océan et des montagnes et vue sur le parcours de golf depuis la chambre d'hôtes avec 2 lits jumeaux. La chambre principale a un lit King qui offre une vue directe sur l'océan. Spacieux de 1170 pieds carrés et une cuisine qui ouvre sur une grande pièce avec amplement d'espace pour manger et vivre. Il y a une véranda couverte de 245 pieds carrés en bord de mer qui offre de la place pour une table et des chaises pour manger en bord de mer si vous le souhaitez! 2 transats inclus!

ENGRENAGE DE PLAGE INCLUS AVEC LA PROPRIÉTÉ! Équipement de plongée, chaises de plage, planches de bodyboard et parasol !!

Cette communauté fermée offre de nombreux équipements dont une grande piscine récemment rénovée, 3 courts de tennis éclairés, un terrain de volley-ball et plusieurs barbecues situés autour du complexe. Sur le côté nord de la propriété se trouve une plage adjacente et est également à une courte distance de marche du parc de la plage de plongée en apnée de Kahaluu, mieux connu sous le nom de Turtle Beach, avec une plongée en apnée de classe mondiale et un brise-lames pour les mers calmes. Vous pouvez également marcher jusqu'au centre commercial de Keauhou avec supermarché KTA, Longs Drugs, restaurants, boutiques et cinémas. La propriété est également adjacente au parcours de golf 18 trous de l'océan du Kona Country Club, récemment rénové pour accueillir des tournois professionnels.

Everything was fantastic about our stay. The resort is centrally located and quiet. The unit was beautiful and well-maintained with an amazing oceanfront location. Communication with the host was efficient and friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would highly recommend this listing for a relaxing Hawaiian getaway. Aloha!

This Condo is beautiful! Kitchen well stocked, lots of chairs, snorkel stuff and umbrella for the beach. Watched whales and dolphins right off the lanai. We had a minor problem with dryer…and it was fixed next day. Our only wish for this condo…the bathrooms need upgrading. Master shower needs lots of help. Guest bath needs upgrade too. Overall it was a great place in great location and fit our needs well.

The condo was very comfortable. Amazing views. Grounds were beautiful. Location was on perfect. Plenty of beach accessories that the kids had fun with.The fans and ocean breeze made it comfortable with no AC. Will definitely stay again.

Could not ask for a more picturesque view of the ocean on Hawaii. Spent most nights on the balcony watching the sunset. Apartment itself is clean and comfortable despite lack of A/C with plenty of fans and air flow by the ocean. Even included beach chairs and umbrella. Had a wonderful week here.

Greeted with a school of manta rays in front viewing from lanai upon our arrival on Friday evening. Saturday morning a pod of dolphins swam pass by as we had our breakfast on lanai. The unit was excellent & comfortable with incredible ocean views and convenient shopping stores close by.

Oceanfront Condo

Terrific condo, terrific view, terrific sunsets terrific food. What else can I say - our stay was terrific!! We are 2 sisters in our early 70s and we had a great week here. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Ocean Front!

We loved the beautiful setting right on the water, and sunsets from the deck were incredible! The clean modern layout was so open and airy with views to the ocean. Lots of great beach gear for the nearby snorkling park! The Club property was peaceful and quiet with gorgeous grounds plantings. Loved our stay!

Beautiful Views

This is a beautiful property with great views! It had everything we needed for a day out at the beach. Having a washer/dryer available in the unit was great. The location was ideal and easy to explore other parts of the island. We enjoyed our time here!

Very nice waterfront property

Super nice 2/2 condo in quiet community right on water (facing west, so sunsets can be awesome). No central A/C, but plenty of sea breezes and fans keep it very comfortable. Highly recommend

We stayed in this complex (different unit, different property co.) about 10 yrs ago, and liked it so much we decided to return. This particular unit (5-202) is lovely. Building is at the end of the complex, nothing but ocean off the balcony. Was a little intimidated at first using this property co., as there were forms to sign - almost didn’t book because of that. Glad we did though - no issues whatsoever. Unit was clean, furnishings up to date. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Keauhou Kona resort

We had wonderful stay in the resort. Property has everything you need for your vacation and more! (Boogey boards, snorkels, etc.). Rooms are in pristine condition and the area around is very safe and has a lot of activities. Most importantly the view is just amazing. You just relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony.

A Fantastic Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our recent stay at Condo 5202 at the Keauhou Surf and Racquet club. As usual, the pool and the grounds were in immaculate condition. The unit itself had a newly renovated kitchen and a very comfortable bed. There was a great supply of equipment to borrow to take to the beach. The kitchen was also very well stocked. Another reviewer mentioned the lack of welcome goodies we have come to expect on other visits to other condos, but apart from that, I really cant fault Condo 5202. We really hope to return again one day from Australia.

Beautiful!

This was by far our favorite location in Kona. The view and sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The property was very quiet yet very convenient to get into downtown Kona.
