This beautiful villa, which can accommodate up to ten (10) people, will provide an unparalleled Tuscan experience. While positioned perfectly to allow easy access to the most beautiful towns and villages of southern/central Tuscany (such as Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano) and northern Umbria (such as Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi); you’ll find this villa offers complete privacy as well as a sense of peace and tranquility to all who visit.

Villa Arianna is situated on the top of a hill with panoramic views of the Val di Chiana valley.
STARTING FROM MARCH 2022: The Villa includes a dépandance (separate spa/retreat) with a three person Jacuzzi, a Chromoterapy shower, relaxing chaise longue, and a separate bathroom. The depandance is next to the garden, and it provides our guests with an incredibly relaxing and private atmosphere just steps away from the main house.
The fully-fenced and gated home is located on a five hectares (12+ acres) property that includes beautiful lawn/pool areas, olive groves, and four hectares (almost 10 acres) of forest with beautiful paths throughout for relaxing walks. Just outside the fenced property is a nature preserve where you have added opportunities to explore and see several bird species, deer, squirrels, and other wildlife.
As you access the property via the automatic gate and approach the villa (via the paved private road), an incredible holiday awaits your family or group at Villa Arianna! As you approach the villa, you will notice the beauty of the outdoor spaces immediately. The grounds of the villa have all the amenities you would expect including a swimming pool (open in Spring/Summer) and terrace area that overlooks the olive groves and provides stunning views of the valley, multiple garden areas, incredible terrace with a wooden pergola and table that seats 20 people for outdoor dining, brick barbeque, relaxing shaded lounge/eating areas under the trees, and the perfect setting that provides sun exposure all day and the most amazing sunsets which you’ll see from the patio each evening. Upon entering the home, you find the spacious two-story villa (240 sqm/2600 sqft) has everything needed to ensure all guests enjoy their stay. There are four (4) large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and ample space (and privacy for all).
