Toutes les chambres du rez-de-chaussĂ©e s'ouvrent sur la terrasse de la piscine et le coin salon avec foyer extĂ©rieur et bain Ă  remous. La cuisine amĂ©ricaine comprend des banquettes et un grand espace repas informel s'ouvrant sur la terrasse de la piscine avec de grandes portes-fenĂȘtres doubles pour un accĂšs facile Ă  la salle familiale et pour le divertissement! My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay in this home where all the rooms were spacious and comfy. We were all thankful for the heated pool and hot tub, as in December that’s a must. The fact we were just a 15-minute walk from gorgeous Manasota Beach was a huge perk and especially when the parking lots were completely filled.Communications with Gwen were timely and informative. Gwen was able to remedy concerns and had repair men eager to make the improvements. The neighborhood was quiet and as a bonus we met two of the neighbors who were quite friendly and helpful.THANK YOU, Gwen!

Perfect home for my family to gather and relax. Location to the beach, along with the homes amenities, was just the little winter getaway we needed. Gwen was sweet, attentive and VERY accommodating! We would definitely come again!

Great place for a family get together. Walking distance to beach. Not far from area attractions and restaurants. Comfortable accommodations for a family gathering including a clean refreshing pool surrounded by shady decks. The hot tub was clean but we didn't use it since it was hot outside.

Wonderful Old Florida Home

The location is half mile from Manasota Beach which was perfect distance for all of us even the 4-year-old to walk to and back. The house has an above ground pool which was refreshing even in the high heat temperatures experienced this June. The inside of the home has coastal decor and was beautifully clean. Cute accent pieces are placed throughout the home which give the atmosphere a welcoming homey feeling. There are cute stuffed animals and books and games for the kids. The layout of the home with three zones worked perfectly for us. I would definitely recommend and go there again.

Best House Ever!!!

We had plenty of beds, towels, bathrooms, and a very well stocked kitchen that made our stay amazing! Having a pool where we could easily watch the kids swim while we cooked was another aspect we loved! Only 2 minutes from the beach made it where we could quickly run back if we forgot something and for lunch. We wish we could find a house like this everywhere we travel!!!

Wedding weekend

The house was a perfect size for our family. Our 6 grandchildren had fun playing with the stuffed animals they found upstairs. They also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.I would not recommend this house for a handicapped person. The front steps and shower were very difficult for me. I have MS and walk with a walker.Other than that the house was very nice.

We were thrilled with the house and location last year, so returned for "year 2". The house is very functional for a larger family and accommodating to our needs. Love the short walk to the beach and surrounding neighborhood. Already looking forward to next year.

Big House with Key West Bibe

It was a huge place with a lot of charm. Walking to the beach is a real treat. The house has a lot to offer. The upstairs suite is perfect for family. Loved the stuffed animals for the kids.

Very versatile accommodation, short stroll to the beach (1km), quiet, very pleasant area, light traffic, great area for running BTW.A house in which 12 of us aged 7 to 77, members of 3 families from 3 different countries and cultures never had a cross word in 2 whole weeks!!

Great family vacation home

First of all I want to thank Gwen for making this home available for us. Our plans changed drastically because our original rental was inhabitable after hurricane Milton. Gwen said we can make it work. We arrived a few days before our family. The sea decor in every room was beautiful. The upstairs area was so perfect for our three grandkids. They loved the space with the stuffed animals. Our mornings were so special sitting out on the front porch having our morning coffee enjoying the warm breeze. The days consist of the beach and pool. Spacious rooms throughout with plenty of kitchenware. Plenty of pool towels for everyone. Lots of pool toys, beach toys, chairs and beach umbrellas are all available. Great vacations go by quickly and this one sure did. We will be back. Thanks again Gwen

Fantastic Beach getaway

A short drive to the beaches and downtown historic Venice for shopping. This house was great for 3 families with children. Plenty of room to hang out and to spread out. Location was nice on a dead end road. This is probably one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at to date.

Perfect beach getaway for the whole family

Beautifully done property with everything you need. More than enough space, and activities for the entire family. The house itself is so amazing with all its unique features, and spacious layout. But the care and attention to detail put in by the host really show. Great location less than 20min from town, and beach within walking distance. The pool, grill, hot tub, disk golf, fully equipped kitchen, board games, cards, coloring books, multiple smart tv’s throughout, and book shelves full of every kind give you plenty to do if you just want a relaxing day in. Definitely booking a return trip!

Perfect Family House

We stayed a week in this large, well appointed family house near Manasota Beach. Our family is aged 74 to 3 months. Each family enjoyed a spacious bedroom(2 with en-suite baths). The location is close to several nice beaches. However, our kids really enjoyed the pool that was surrounded by a nice deck (and a beer fridge). The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes. A propane grill is provided. Our Florida vacation coincided with 4 days of torrential rain. Luckily we could escape them by driving about an hour north to beaches and museums in St. Petersburg and Sarasota. Two water adventures were cancelled, but we still had fun!
