Cette villa spacieuse et unique proche des plages de Manasota vous propose une nouvelle grande piscine avec piscine et coin barbecue. Vous allez adorer l'une des plus belles villas de la région. Cette belle maison est située à Lemon Bay et à proximité de la plage de Manasota. La plage est à seulement 0, 6 mile à pied ou 0. 8 en voiture. La propriété offre un demi-acre et la maison a été entièrement rénovée en été 2018. Cette maison offre, avec une piscine toute neuve, une toute nouvelle expérience de location.
Vous trouverez trois chambres dans la maison principale, deux suites principales avec lit king-size et deux lits simples et une chambre séparée avec un lit queen-size au bord de la piscine avec sa propre entrée et sa salle de bains privative.

The house was more than enough space for our family. We loved all the thought that went into things to make it easier to vacation with little kids - like a pack and play, high chair, etc. The pool was so fun. We loved the preserve near by and that we could easily bike to the beach. Perfect stay in Englewood!

Everything was wonderful, clean and we enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. We would stay here again.Only minor issue was the dishwasher did not seem to operate properly so we hand washed our dishes.We locked up and left at 9:39am all towels and linens washed, dried, folded and left on dining room table

Aside from the fact that there is only 1 outside light on the entire property the house is nice to stay in for a larger group of people. The host lives close by so if you have any issues it’s easy to reach her. Nice host!

Our stay at this villa was acceptable regarding cleanliness and location, but the property falls short of the advertised "luxury" standard due to a hands-off management style and deferred maintenance.The positives: The location is on a very quiet street close to the beach. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the home was thoroughly clean upon arrival.However, the following issues contradict the premium listing:Interior: Kitchen recessed lights are loose and slipping down out of the ceiling cutouts. In the living room, exposed wires protrude from a wall plate and are covered in wall paint, proving a pre-existing electrical issue. The bathroom door hinges are heavily corroded and rusted. The white ceiling fans have a deep layer of brown discoloration caked onto the edges of the blades. Additionally, bedrooms rely solely on lamps as there is no overhead lighting.Exterior/Pool: The porch roof leaks during rain, leaving the outdoor furniture soaked. The exterior light fixtures are heavily rusted and peeling against the siding. The walkway to the pool is overgrown with palm trees, and the path contains broken glass. Finally, there is no exterior lighting around the pool area for nighttime use.It functions fine as a standard revolving-door rental, but it is not luxury. We would not stay again at this price point.

Spacious home in a great location!

A July 4th celebration with adult children coming and going made this week of vacation super special. Being within walking distance of Manasota Beach was terrific…especially with all of the holiday traffic! No worries about finding a place to park when you can just walk to the beach! We loved the pool and the large screened porch with sufficient seating for all. Hope to rent again!
