lovely location, really you can't do better. You are a block away from Sloane Square and Pimlico Street where there are beautiful antique stores. The house is clean if a bit sparse. The check in is fast and responsive if a bit complicated if you are arriving at the same time. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

At Home in Chelsea was a great stay. The location was perfect- with close proximity to both Sloane Square Station and Victoria Station. The flat was clean and inviting with all of the amenities, including fluffy white towels.There are a lot of stairs between the kitchen and the bedrooms & bathroom, so I would not recommend for anyone that has trouble with stairs.My one thought for improvement would be to invest in comfortable beds and pull out couch. The mattresses could use replacement!

Really nice property in a good location. Lots of shopping a couple of blocks away. Easy walk to public transportation. Pubs close by in either direction. Everything is pretty well maintained and felt like the place was kept really clean. Couple of things to note: 1) There are stairs that you must use to go down to the kitchen and bathroom or up to the bedrooms and bathroom. If you aren't good with stairs that might be an issue. It wasn't a problem for us. 2) The check in process takes a while. We had to wait for our check in person (full transparency our flight got in early...but I did communicate as soon as we landed). Then my family and I had to wait while the check in person went through the whole place photoing it. It was a little frustrating since we actually had to book the place for a full day early since we were coming from the states on a flight that landed in the morning. I felt like the photo stuff could have all been done before we arrived.But overall we enjoyed our stay a lot, and would consider staying here again.

Amazing London Property

Excellent location, close to bus stops and tube stations. Very clean and welcoming! Check in was quick and simple, having on-site laundry made the trip so easy and convenient. Close to shopping, and great restaurants. Will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to London.

Outstanding accommodation steps from Sloane Square station

Location was outstanding - just minutes from Sloane Square station we were able to get everywhere via the underground within minutes. The accommodation met all our requirements - it was clean, beds were super comfortable and the accommodation was more then spacious and comfortable enough for 5 adults.

Summer in London

The Sloane Square house was exactly as advertised and well equipped. Our family spent 5 days exploring the greater London area and the homes access to the Sloane Square and Victoria stations was convenient to all. The neighborhood was safe with many restaurants/markets in easy walking distance.

Great house.

Visited London mid November 21 and stayed here for a week.This house has all the amenities you need for a week stay. Close to tube, Victoria coach station, shops and all London has to offer. Great kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. Lots of stairs but we had no trouble (both of us 60+). Highly recommend!

Great Location

Lovely, safe area, close to tube station and convenient to grocery store. Very spacious kitchen, living, dining and primary bedroom. Be ready for stairs, those are typical to this style of home. The kitchen had the basics. Overall, the house was a convenient spot and we enjoyed our quiet breakfast each day at the lovely round dining table before heading out to the many sites of London.

This is a lovely location, let’s get that out of the way. Even the property could be nice if it were properly maintained. However, there were several incidents in which both my wife and I almost fell on the stairs, which need to be seriously addressed. Especially those last steps to the toilet, all the way up to the top of the property. I wouldn't sit on the chairs out in the garden if I were you. Communication is horrible. You will get messages on VRBO and also emails. Some of them will not come at the same time. You will talk to a bunch of random people each time, all with the fake hellos and goodbyes of someone reading from a prompt. Come to Chelsea, it’s gorgeous. Avoid these guys if you want a stress-free visit.

Booking was difficult as the payment request came from outside VRBO which seemed like a scam. GBP500 check in bond seems excessive. Property is in a great location but really quite poor condition. Stairs are hazardous. Furniture dilapidated. Paint applied vigorously over everything to hide the underlying condition. Master bedroom floor slopes so much that sleeping was a feet-above-head downhill experience.Not on my rebook list.

We chose to rent this place despite the mixed reviews because of the location, which was great. Beautiful neighborhood, restaurants and grocery nearby, and good tube access. The unit itself, however, left much to be desired. The whole house felt old, stuffy/dusty, and like it was at a tilt, including a primary bed so angled feet-above-head that we had to rotate all the bedding. There is a kitchen but no napkins, oven mitts, paper towels, etc, so it felt only partly usable. The first morning, my husband went out onto the very tiny courtyard to enjoy a cup of coffee and the chair literally collapsed to pieces underneath him. Hosts (or rather, host company?) were responsive when we reached out with questions, but check-in process was stressful, as we didn't hear from them with check-in instructions until 15 mins before we arrived at the apartment, after I started frantically WhatsApp'ing them on a number I found buried in a prior communication (they'd called me upon landing and said they'd text and whatsapp with check-in information, but an hour later I'd still heard nothing from them). Future renters should also be aware that while the neighborhood is pretty quiet, there's quite a bit of noise from the tube passing underneath and the occasional plane overhead. All in, a convenient location but not the most pleasant stay overall.

Fantastic location

This multi level flat is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Sloan square tube station. You can get anywhere from there. The property management company was a dream to work with, they respond to emails within hours, seven days a week and are very accommodating. We wanted to extend our stay but sadly it was booked. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
