Unité 105 - Unité Platinum pleine de lumière du soleil, cuisine améliorée East View

Islander Condo # 105 est une unité de platine East View pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Cette unité est parfaite si vous voulez être près de la piscine et ne voulez pas vous battre contre les escaliers ou l’ascenseur. Il est à 10 mètres de la piscine et de la terrasse sur l'herbe. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée avec un bar ouvert, des armoires modernes, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers GE en acier inoxydable, un grand réfrigérateur à double porte avec du glaçon dans la porte. Réunissez-vous autour de la table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon doté de nouveaux meubles et regardez la Smart TV 47 pouces avec accès au câble numérique et le lecteur Streaming Blue Ray. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale a un lit king avec une nouvelle literie moderne, un nouveau matelas, un nouveau tapis et une télévision de 32 ". La salle de bain a mis à jour la vanité, des comptoirs en marbre et une douche à l'italienne. La chambre d'amis comprend 2 lits jumeaux avec un mobilier moderne et une télévision de 27 pouces avec un lecteur Streaming Blue Ray et un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope. La salle de bain d'invité a été mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité, une douche et des comptoirs en marbre.

Profitez de votre terrasse au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la piscine et le terrain de jeu de palets.

Loved our stay

Summer Vacation

Perfect location. Not to crowed. Private ACCESS to beach. Pool & hot tub located right in front of patio. Very relaxing view. Will be rebooking in the fall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented units 105 & 106 for a family vacation. Everything was great! I have a couple of recommendations.Unit 105- Needs light bulbs replaced in master bath. The filer screen on the kitchen faucet needs replacing.Unit 106- The receptacles on each side on the bed in the master bedroom need fixing or replaced. There are 2 plug ins on each but only 1 works on each.I have been coming to The Islander since 1988. I have had ground floor units several times. In the past it was always customary and out of curtesy that you were aloud to park one vehicle in front of your unit. It is obviously not the case now but it should be reconsidered. But all and all for myself and my family we had a wonderful stay and a great vacation

Not worth the price

The pillows are flat and you get one.

Summer fun at Islander Resort

It is located on the beach and you are provided an umbrella and 2 chairs.There are 2 swimming pools and hot tubs.Tennis court available but is was too Hutto play.Waiting time for some restaurants was a hour to hour and half.Don't be in a hurry. Enjoy your vacation.

The check-in staff was extremely helpful and engaged us in conversation. Wayne was more than accommodating with helpful hints for our stay and provided us with a list of local restaurants. The unit was clean, well located and amply stocked with everything we needed, except, of course, our food. Wonderful experience.

Disappointed with Platinum Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this exact same condo two years ago and could not believe how much it had run down. It was definitely not worth the platinum premium. Outlets that were loose from the wall, missing tiles, saggy worn out furniture, beds hard as rocks, cheap pillows, no dish drainer, no dishwasher cleaner, missing utensils, etc. To top it off we asked for a trash bags from the office (only had 2 bags for an 8 day visit) and were treated so badly by office you would have thought we were asking for gold.
