L'unité 308 peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec un roi dans la télévision de la chambre principale 32 ", une reine dans la chambre d'amis 32" et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Les chambres ont des volets de plantation et des téléviseurs à écran plat. Il y a un téléviseur intelligent de 55 po avec un lecteur Blu-ray dans le salon. L'unité 308 a une tuile sur tout le salon et de nouveaux sols dans les deux chambres. La cuisine a mis à jour des armoires personnalisées et des comptoirs en granit. Les armoires sur l'évier de cuisine ont ������������té enlev��es pour permettre un éclairage encastré. Les commodités incluent une plage avec un aménagement de la plage gratuit, un centre de remise en forme, des courts de tennis et de shuffleboard, 2 piscines et bains à remous, une salle de grillade et wi-fi gratuit. Profitez des plages de cristal blanc et des eaux vert émeraude à quelques pas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was good in the beginning. It was clean and we had fun. I have 2 complaints. We had one day without WATER. We were first told 11 - 3 pm but ended up coming back on around 6:30 pm. After getting out of the water not about to shower. Had to take kids to nearby store to use the bathroom twiceThen the additional linen in the closet was NASTY. It had what looked to be blood stains on it. We left it out HOPING it will be washed and the next family didn't have extra dirty linen.

Annual September Islander Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 308 was updated & very nice with the exception of the stove. It was old with very uneven burners. Also the dryer took 3-4 cycles to dry a medium size load. The vent fan in the guest bathroom also needs attention. We love the Islander but it is becoming very pricey for off-season stays.

Good, not great

The islander resort was clean and beautiful. However, the room we stayed in smelled of a mixture of mold and urine. There was poor air flow in the restrooms, a weak fan in the bathroom, the carpets smelled, and there was an unusual amount of moisture in the room. For examples, the barstools in the kitchen always felt moist, despite us never using them or sitting on them. The master bedroom was OK but the secondary bedroom was unusable due to the smell. We kept the door to that room closed the entire time. I think this place needs to be checked for mold. If the moisture issue is solved, then this is an excellent place to stay.

On The Beach

The unit we stayed in was 308. It was very nice and clean. We really liked the trolleys and shopping carts available for hauling in and out our belongings. If we were to find a negative it was that the door stopper would not stay in place and we were given a key to the “NONEXISTENT “ room safe. I even went down and asked the person at the front desk who told me it was in the floor of the bathroom. We looked for about 30 minutes for this safe to no avail.

Unit upgrades were great, bathrooms very very nice. Great to have washer dryer. Both pool temps were pretty HOT unfortunately so not that refreshing after the beach. Unit did smell like moisture of sorts while AC was running. Front 2nd bedroom really smelled of moisture especially when door was shut for any period of time. Check in was a little frustrating. Was told early check in would be available mostly likely. Our unit was NOT rented prior to our stay which we could clearly see in the windows. We arrived at 9am from our flight to check in at front desk. Attendant said normally early check ins happen between 10am-12pm. Checked back in with desk several times throughout the day and did NOT get into room until 330pm. I understand "check in" is 4pm but NO ONE was using the unit and it was already clean. Was told it still needed to be "inspected" and there was only 1 inspector on site for entire facility.

While we always try to accommodate early arrivals when possible, early check-in can’t be guaranteed and depends on housekeeping and final inspections. We understand it was disappointing, especially seeing that the unit wasn’t occupied the night before. We’ll take a closer look at how we communicate these policies and work with our team to ensure a smoother process moving forward. Thank you also for noting the A/C and moisture smell in the second bedroom — that’s something we will absolutely investigate further. We want every guest to be comfortable throughout their stay. Reviewer Comments: When we got to the condo it looked ok, but when I started cleaning and disinfecting the condo I was shocked. The floors were not washed. I went and bought a mop and mopped the entire condo. Dust was everywhere. So after a good deep clean the condo was ready to stay in. Other than that we had a nice family time. The staff were very nice and helpful. Donna at the front desk was very friendly and if we had a problem she wrote down the order for the issue to get fixed. The kids activities were fun and the pools were always clean.

Decent Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very nice and matched the photos. We stayed in 308, which was labeled as a Platinum unit. It had a very nice view of the beach and pool. It was mostly clean, but could use some spot checks and extra cleaning along the molding and ceilings. There was food under the couch from the last guests. The water heater closet was stuffed with junk that looked like it had been left behind by guests over the years.The entire building itself could use an upgrade. The rear of the parking lot was not well lit at night. I think for our condo being labeled "Platinum" I wondered what some of the other units looked like. I was overall happy with our stay, but we thought it was overpriced for what we paid to stay in June. Plus paying a "housekeeping fee" when there is no daily housekeeping and you have to basically clean the place yourself upon leaving. I did really like that it was just a two minute walk to the beach. Next visit, though, we would try another place. We would maybe recommend this to a friend depending on their budget and wants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was one of nicest we have had in probably the 6-7 years we have been doing a early fall trip. Updated granite in kitchen, ceramic tile & laminate flooring throughout, remodeled master bath, all helped to give a clean look & feel. The general property was manicured as usual & staff friendly & helpful.

Great weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was great, condo was very nice, the one and only issue was the free beach service being setup in a "u" shape, very crowded with no air flow. We wound up hauling our own chairs to the beach and going further down. Other than that it was a nice, relaxing getaway.

Family vaca

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was roomy and the view was great. The distance to the pool and beach were good, we appreciated that there was a complimentary chair and umbrella for each condo. The activities planned for the children were very good, my granddaughter especially enjoyed the animals. The discount card was nice as well we used it to go on the pirage adventure, it was a great money saving tool. We liked that the property was gated as well.
