Islander Condo # 318 est une unité West View, Platinum pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec un accès facile au rez-de-chaussée et au parking par les escaliers à proximité du condo. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine ouverte a été récemment rénovée avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Elle est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Réunissez-vous autour de la table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon doté de meubles mis à jour pour regarder la télévision de 52 pouces avec un lecteur Blue Ray et un accès au câble numérique. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD et d'une télévision à écran plat 24 pouces. La salle de bain a mis à jour la vanité avec des comptoirs en granit et une douche à l'italienne. La chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux, ainsi que d’une télévision 24 pouces avec lecteur Blue Ray et d’une télévision Roku. La salle de bain d'invité a une vanité mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et un combo baignoire / douche.

Aventurez-vous sur le balcon privé et admirez les bateaux entrant et sortant du port par le col est ou l'un des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle qu'une soirée peut offrir.

Amazing!!

I loved everything about the islander! Plenty of space for my family and very clean. The front staff were very friendly!! Everything was close by and beach access was literally steps away! We can’t wait to return next year.

Little things needed

More house home items should be added in there. More trash bags , basic seasonings for food such as salt and pepper and things. Dish/ hand soap would be nice as well. Other than that everything was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit has a few issues - the TV in living room had all cables hanging from inside the wall, not connected to TV with no access to back to connect anything, so only cable available with no smart features, DVD, etc. TV in Master bed emits very loud buzzing sound when on which makes it unusable. Also it sags/hangs to the left making picture crooked. The light fixture over the dining room table is not properly connected and hangs at an angle and does not seem properly secured. Finally, several duplex electrical outlets had only one recepticle working (both living area where lamps plugged in) and lamps had bulbs flickering (needing replacement). Difficult to find working outlets for charging laptops/phones.

Great place for a family

The condo was nice and the beach access was great, but the courts were all ripped up, the pools are very basic.

The only thing missing was washer and dryer in unit. Laundry had to be done in a coin laundry on site. Great location!!! Easy beach access. Close to great restaurants. Secure with gate and code entry!!

The property is beautiful from the drive way. Then, you see the floors themselves and they have trash outside of them. Elevators were sketchy! Phone didn’t work in-house. Hot water to the sink was backwards. No cupboard space for purchased food. I’ve never had to purchase trash bags or paper towels. Normally, for the price we paid we have had a few extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper. Along, with a nice tray of tea and coffee. No beach towels at all. Beds were horribly uncomfortable! The “laundry on site” was misleading. The dishwasher had standing water and smelled horrific! The pools and hot tubs were overran by children. The beach access was nice but “two chairs” per room isn’t completely true. People take more than their two chairs and they claim them so early in the morning that you will never get chairs close to the water. People were loud! Slamming doors, playing music, yelling. We met another couple experiencing the say situations and they said they would never do this again.

Great location

Love the location. Condo was okay. Floors were sticky and dirty, which was a real surprise given we pay extra for “COVID cleaning.” Had nice activities for the kids.

Best vacation in a long time

First time visiting Destin and I absolutely loved it! This property was close to EVERYTHING! We especially loved the very short walk to the jetties so we could snorkel. The unit was exactly as described. The chairs and umbrella included in the stay was so nice! I will definitely be back!!!!

Condo perfection

Everything was top notch with the condo....It was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect area of Destin.... The only negative thing I have to say is the beach area seems really small and the beach chairs are set up too close together because of that....this has nothing to do with the condo itself...overall I would highly recommend it!!

10/10 Place to stay

Front desk check-in and out was a breeze. Everything was fully equipped, clean, and in a great location. My family and I stayed here for a week. The only complain was that we would've wanted to have extra bed sheets and blankets in the room instead of having to go get them ourselves, but other than that we really enjoyed it.
