Condo needs new furniture and an overall update. Being on the first floor, you hear on the noise from the unit above. The best part of the condo unit is that it is right on the beach.

Beach Time

Reviewer Comments: Had a great time but something needs to be done with the sofa in the unit so broken down it's like sitting on the floor and the bed has no headboard and is very noisy when you roll over other than that was a good location don't be fooled when they say the sofa is new will be back next year for sure in another unit.
