This lovely beach cottage is ideally located on the East end of Destin in Miramar Beach on Tang-O-Mar Rd. The beach access is conveniently located with no roads to cross and is only about 350 yards away. Take full advantage of the complimentary golf cart to venture back and forth to and from the beach. Hideout is a quick 30 second drive to the Silver Sands factory outlet mall where you will find 120 designer stores and 10+ restaurants! If you are looking for some night life, head over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf on the Sandestin Resort just one mile East of your home!

When pulling up to this beautiful cottage, you will find covered parking beneath the house as well as exterior parking in the driveway. Head up the staircase on the side of the home and enter into the open living, kitchen, and dining area which allow great space for entertainment. Wonder down the hall and you will find all three of your bedrooms and a laundry room. The Master Bedroom includes a large King size bed and a full private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom comes equipped with a cozy Queen size bed, while the kids room houses two Twin beds. These two bedrooms have access to a full bathroom that doubles as a convenient Powder Room off the hall. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs for evening entertainment.
