Sunny Daze est un chalet de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains situé juste en face du centre commercial Silver Sands - le plus grand centre de magasins de créateurs du pays.

1er ��tage: véranda avant entre dans le coin cuisine qui se compose d'un grand bar et de tous les appareils modernes. Coin repas 6 places et sièges supplémentaires fournis le long du bar de la cuisine. Salle de bain complète et une chambre Queen qui a également un canapé-lit. Le salon a une télévision, un lecteur DVD, un canapé-lit et un patio.
2e étage: chambre principale avec très grand lit, salle de bain privée avec double vasque et patio. Chambre Queen avec salle de bain complète.

Les belles plages de la côte d'émeraude sont à quelques pas de la maison et la piscine communautaire est à seulement environ 25 mètres.

Situé dans une belle communauté cul-de-sac, «Sunny Daze» est l'un des 29 chalets débordant de charme et de caractère. À quelques pas de la côte d'Émeraude en Floride - l'une des plus belles plages du monde - et à distance de marche des épiceries, des restaurants, des pharmacies, des banques et d'autres commodités majeures.

Amazing rental we loved the fact that it was just a 3min walk to the beach! Had everything we needed to cook each day to same some , and we even used the grill one evening . Will definitely consider coming back to this property next vacation!!

The a/c upstairs wasn't working so me and my kids had to sleep upstairs in a HOT humid room the entire weekend with windows up. I messaged the host but the host didn't respond until our departure day. I asked for some of my money to get refunded but they stopped responding

Unfortunately, this place was so disappointing. The house is described as "recently updated" but that is not the case. Upon arriving, the trash can was full. Trash was under the steps leading to front door. Front door had both temporary blinds and old blinds, both of which were stained. Baseboards, blinds and fake flowers were examples of having layers of dust and grime. Glass top desk was filthy. Sleeper sofa had a large dark stain on it. Overall, the place was grimy. Within 1 hour of arriving, we booked another place to stay for the remainder of our family vacation. This place could use a deep cleaning, painting and replacement of sofas and couches.

Thank you for your feedback — I’m very sorry the unit was in such poor condition and that it drove you to leave early. That is not the standard we expect. After receiving your review we pulled the property for a full clean and inspection. The cleaning team removed the trash, addressed the dust and grime you noted, deep‑cleaned the glass desk, and are addressing the stained sleeper sofa and the temporary/stained blinds. Also a pre‑arrival checklist and retraining for the housekeeping team to prevent this from happening again. I regret your stay was disrupted and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so we could correct them.

Good overall beach spot

Great access to the beach, nice pool, AC’s worked well which was super important on a very hot weekend. Only issue was that a room described as having a queen bed actually had a queen bunk bed. Not ideal for adults.

Great location but needs some work

Great location but the upstairs shower didn’t drain, the downstairs sink wouldn’t drain the washer didn’t properly wash and the dryer didn’t dry clothes what so ever. There weren’t any decent pots and pans. Overall wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t stay here again.

A new set of kitchen supplies were delivered to the house by the homeowners this week. The bathroom drains have also been cleared as well.

Nice stay

Had a very nice stay with family. Place was clean. The cottage-like neighborhood is very quaint and taken care of. Very easy and quick stroll to beach (shorter than I thought). The only thing I'll mention that leans toward the negative side, was the sleeping arrangements. When I booked, the upstairs sub-master was pictured and described with a queen-size bed. When we arrived it had bunkbeds, which through off sleeping arrangements. We worked around it, but the listing should reflect current accommodations. Overall though, great stay!

Great neighborhood!

We actually had to stay in Bigloe Bungalow as the original house we reserved had flooring issues that wouldn’t be resolved before we arrived. Fortunately Justin found us this cottage in the same complex. It is plenty big and the house was very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels. That being said, the house needs an upgrade but that is up to the owners. We loved that the beach is a 3 minute walk and is family friendly. The pool is great too and literally 30 seconds away. Property is pet friendly which our dogs loved. Justin was terrific and responded to any concerns quickly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and we will be back next year.

Vacation- 2020

We loved the look of the place! The one thing that we didn't like is that it wasn't cleaned very well. We spent a couple hours sweeping all the floors because there was dog hair all over. It was also all over the furniture. Other than that, it was very nice. Just didn't enjoy spending our vacation cleaning when we pay to have it cleaned. It's practically right across from the outlet mall and very close to eating areas and Walmart, which makes it nice. We left a brand new beach cart and fan there so others could enjoy it.

2023 Destin Vacation

This was our second year staying at this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and location is just a short walk to the beach. The house is very spacious with relaxing beach decor and everything needed. The new washer & dryer was a plus this year since the set from previous year was in terrible shape. Our complaint this stay is pretty important: the second bedroom upstairs the previous year had a queen bed, to our surprise it now has bunk beds that are not functional at all for adults due to clearance of upper bunk being so low. So that bedroom was completely useless. The description for this house does not mention the change at all. Otherwise we would have searched for a different home. So the accuracy of description is major since we were already there and too late to make a change. It was very unfair to have a unusable bedroom after paying the price.

Perfect house and perfect location

This house is perfect! The neighborhood was beautiful and the pool was just across the street. There is a little walk to the beach but it was a nice walk down a brick path. Our kids range from 4 to 11 and everyone enjoyed the stay. Great location near shopping and restaurants. The house was spotless and well taken care of. We will most definitely be back.

Beautiful Beach house! Very roomy and 3 full bathrooms was a plus. My family was very satisfied with our stay. Location was in a nice cottage community with a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Thank You for letting our fur baby travel with us!

We like the community but unit needs upgrade of beds.

Facility & location were very good, but the beds were awful. Especially the upstairs beds. We would not rent this unit again until assured new beds were in place.

I don't recall anyone else ever mentioning the beds, but everyone likes a different level of firmness or softness when sleeping. I will look into this.

Great, with a few details to consider

We loved our stay and would come again. Pros: clean, house is bright and beachy decorated, cute little community, close to the beach, easy check in, administrator responded our questions in less then 30 min during our stay. Cons: washer and drier were not great. Drier didn't dry and washer left the clothes with a smell. Dish washer is old, and the shower drain in one of the bathrooms were not draining. NOTE: in all cases we reported to the administrator and he did offer to come fix all these things (in 30 min or less). Since we only had a party of 4 it was not a big deal for us so we said it was ok. He did say it would be taken care before the next guest. I would check with him before you rent if these things are important to you. House would have gotten a 5 starts all across had they had new appliances. You will enjoy your time there, we certainly did and would come back again.

Great Place!!

My family and I recently traveled here for a couple of days to get away after my husband returned home from serving overseas. The property manager was very accommodating to an early check in due to travel distance and in celebration of my husband's birthday. The property is located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. We would love to visit this property again in the future.
