Beau quartier calme et relaxant dans une rue sans issue. Détendez-vous près de la piscine ou pêchez sur le quai pour Snook, Red Fish, Tilapia, même Tarpon ont été accrochés ici. Qui sait ce que vous attraperez et vous amuserez à le faire. Si vous avez besoin de plus d'activité, il y a beaucoup à faire ici. Il y a de nombreuses plages, à seulement 15-30 miles de distance. Le parc d'État et Deer Prairie Creek Preserve offrent la chasse au porc sauvage, des sentiers de randonnée, de l'équitation, des aires de pique-nique et plus encore. Il y a trois entreprises de location de bateaux dans la région et le débarcadère est à proximité. Les sources chaudes minérales sont à seulement 3 km. Il y a beaucoup de terrains de golf dans et autour de North Port. Des tapis de plage, des serviettes et des parasols sont fournis. Buanderie sur place. La piscine est chauffée pendant les mois d'hiver et clôturée dans la véranda donc il ne devrait pas y avoir de parasites pour vous déranger. Il y a des lits queen très confortables dans deux chambres et des lits jumeaux qui se transforment en roi dans la troisième chambre. Il y a aussi un matelas pneumatique queen auto-gonflable au cas où vous auriez besoin d'espace supplémentaire. Deux salles de bain avec baignoire et douche. Nous avons Internet Xfinity qui comprend le streaming Xfinity ainsi qu'un téléviseur 65 "avec ROKU sur lequel vous pouvez diffuser vos favoris. Il y a une télévision connectée de 55 "dans la piscine. Il y a trois aéroports internationaux; Sarasota, Tampa et Ft. Myers. Vous pouvez également voler à Punta Gorda sur Allegiant Airlines. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et centres commerciaux dans le quartier.
Snook Haven est un incontournable proposant de la bonne nourriture, de la musique, de la bière artisanale, des excursions en bateau et une location de kayak, de canoë et de pédalo.

The house was clean and well maintained. The pool is wonderful and having it right out the door was lovely for our family! The hosts were very responsive throughout our week long stay, which was helpful. We all agreed that we would stay at this property again. I would go back right now if I could!

Peaceful quiet place

Great location Very peaceful quiet place to relax take a swim and catch some fish and nice sunset by the canal but yet close enough to run up town for any thing you may forgot to bring or need house is very clean and well maintained & stocked with everything one would need definitely would stay again

Our wonderful stay

This is our 5th time coming back to this house and it just gets better every time, it’s very peaceful and has a great view in the backyard. We had amazing communication with the owners, we highly recommend this home!!

Wonderful getaway

Highly recommend this home! It was clean,well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from host. Check in and check out was easy! We had a great stay and good experience for using vrbo for the first time. We hope to stay again!

North Port

We loved the location, close to everything but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was a plus for sure! We enjoyed our month long stay and would book again, but they are already booked! They have repeat bookings which is why we chose this home and it does not disappoint. Nothing fancy about furnishings so you can be comfortable and the beds were very comfy.

Calming and Wonderful

Nice home for relaxing

Easy access to Tamiami Road. Close to all conveniences. Quiet neighborhood. Grandson loved fishing in the canal. Home is very well stocked with everything you’ll need for a nice stay. Would recommend and return.

Thanks for staying with us. Home is a work in progress. We will consider the bigger bed. I would love to have a sports channel, will look into it! Go Packer's! I don't get to watch them much here in Wisconsin either, too close to Viking territory. Will make changes soon!

Another Fabulous Stay!

We stayed at this property last winter and came back again because of the terrific amenities, great hosts, and location. The house is clean and supplied with everything you need. There are games, puzzles, and kayaks. We enjoyed the pool and paddling on the river. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. The kitchen is newly remodeled and well equipped. Sandy and Dave quickly responded to any question. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful View

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A newly renovated kitchen gave plenty of workspace on the island for preparing food. Screened in pool was so nice and relaxing…and had a beautiful, peaceful view of the waterway in back. The owners were great! Always quick to respond to inquiries. All in all, we had a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

Had a wonderful stay in North Port. My first time to SW Florida. Came south looking for good weather and peace/quiet - got both. If you are looking for party scene, North Port may not be your best bet - the town is pretty quiet and the immediate neighborhood around the house is very peaceful. It's on a long cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic/noise at all. You can lay out on the lanai or in the private pool (overlooking the canal) and it's just you and the tropical birds in the back yard. Neighbors all seemed nice.At the same time, it's just an easy 30 minute drive to the beautiful beach at Venice; a little further to Sarasota or south to Bonita Springs/Naples. People complain about the traffic in SW FL, but it's nothing compared to where I live outside DC. The location was perfect for us - real quiet at the house, but easy to explore the beaches up/down the coast. And plenty of places for casual eating in North Port. The house itself was great. Not luxury living, but very comfortable and a bargain at the price. Really well stocked - not like some rentals that come empty - I was there a month and never once was there a time when what I needed was not already in the house. Kitchen had everything you need to cook/clean. Everything in the house worked fine. And having our own pool was a treat. Swimming outside in January - who would have thunk?Hosts very pleasant. Would 100% stay there again. Had a really great time.

Nice House in North Port

House is a bit older, but in very nice shape and extremely clean. Very nice lanai and pool area with outdoor TV and good view of the canal running along the back of the property. You will get some feathered friends visiting once in a while. New stove, pretty new washer and dryer. Couch with power recliners on each end. Beach chairs supplied, but you may want to bring your own if you have the room to do so.

Be aware

Horrible horrible experience ! Order bunch of grocery to show up to house upon arriving to find fridge doesn’t work , had to save what I could with my cooler and toss the rest ! Then the ac wasn’t working in the house was on 80 in south Florida on a 95 degree day , called landlord , and she started to be little me , saying 80 in the house is fine , and I was mentally crazy ! I hung up and pack and left ! Be aware !!!

Tranquil Florida Oasis

The home is like the hosts, welcoming and every tiny detail thought of to make your stay inviting and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Home is on a tranquil canal with a screened in pool/patio area as well as a spacious well equipped kitchen/dining/entertainment area. the large picture window in the common area was so peaceful to watch all the wildlife and summer storms come in. We BBQ’d, kayaked and visited with immediate family enjoying the pool and all this great place had to offer. This home is immaculate clean and I appreciated the labeled cabinets so we knew where everything was and went back to. Lots of thought and care has been provided to this little oasis. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have been looking for our perfect vacation/retirement home on the Gulf side of Florida for 10+ years. We finally found the perfect home for us and the perfect location. We have always wanted to be on a salt water canal with Gulf access and of course with a pool. After the closing we sat down by the pool and felt so relaxed we didn't want to go back north. (unfortunately we can't stay all year quite yet)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Everything you could need is convenient and close. There are so many directions you can go to explore and most are within a two hour drive. Interstate 75 and Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail)
are close. Just an hour away you can catch the ferry in Ft. Myers and go to Key West or Marco Island. Travel just north to Tampa and visit the zoo or spend the day at Busch Gardens. Orlando is just under 3 hours away. We have three international airports so you can always find a spot to land. Punta Gorda has a small awesome airport 20 miles away if you fly Allegient or Sun Country.
