House looks exactly like the photos. Easy to walk to restaurants in Deia. Host was very responsive and easy communication. She even provided a restaurant list and options to have someone cook dinner in the house. Beds were comfortable and a/c in bedrooms worked well. It was a perfect place for our time in Mallorca. We hope to stay again in the future. A magical spot.

We stayed here for 5 nights with our family of 7 in July 2026. It was the perfect experience in Deia. The location is perfect. The home is spacious and well kept. The pool and patios are great for lounging. We would stay here again without a doubt. Our children enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the village. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed in a lot of cool houses around the world and this is my favorite! It was the perfect location and home for my family for the week… There was something for everyone - children, parents, grandparents! Anne Marie and her team were incredibly accommodating and we thank them for all of their work making sure we had the perfect stay! Thank you again and we hope to be back!!

Deiá- special place

We had a lovely stay- the week went by way too quickly. We enjoyed all the different outdoor seating areas and spaces. The pool was a treat and the property manager was wonderful to work with. We hope to return soon!

Perfect Deia house

Wonderful stay for a multi-generational vacation with young kids! The house was lovely, very comfortable, clean, ideal layout, stylish, and perfect location in Deia. Anne-Marie was an exceptional host, assisting with booking transportation for the airport, communicating regarding rental cars, checking in on our stay and providing advice on boat rental companies.

This is a beautiful property. There are stunning views and many lovely places to sit and enjoy the atmosphere of such an amazing house. The pool is magnificent and cleaned regularly. All the rooms are comfortably furnished and cleaned to a high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped with patio doors leading to a very beautiful, private courtyard with large table for family dining.If you have a car you need to be aware that the driveway is steep but you can drive straight into the large garage. Deia is a lovely little town with well-stocked supermarket (delicious pastries) and very nice restaurants.Communication at all stages was excellent. Anne Marie responded immediately to all queries. Ines, the housekeeper, met us on arrival and was extremely helpful.

Fabulous stay, great house and location

Enjoyed a wonderful stay. Tranquil setting but conveniently just behind the Residencia Hotel and high street. The house is well appointed with great indoor and outdoor spaces. It was immaculately clean and tidy on arrival. Communication and service from Elena were super. Thank you for a great stay.

Heaven in Deia

Beautiful property with lots of lovely spaces, inside and out. We loved the views, the ease of the 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Deia and of course, loved the pool. Anne Marie is also an excellent host who couldn’t be more helpful!

Holiday in Deia

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this fantastic house in the heart of Deià. The location is absolutely perfect to walk into the village and the house is tastefully appointed with great artwork and plenty of room. The pool was well used by our family - a great place to cool off, enjoy the sun and views! Anne-Marie and Elena were super hosts and a breeze to connect with throughout our stay. Absolutely coming back for a future trip!!

Incredible villa

We loved this villa in Deia. Gorgeous property which very much lives up to the photos. Great character/design and paired with a brilliant location in Deia makes this hard to beat. (it's right next to the La Residencia). We love to return.

Beautiful Villa

Out of the many properties we’ve rented throughout the world, this home was the best. Photos cannot capture the beauty of the home and views. We loved spending time in the large pool- perfect temperature. And watching the sunset from the front patio. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. Excellent location and wonderful hosts. Truly a special place.
