Traditionnellement construit en pierre de Majorque Maison dans un endroit idyllique, avec vue sur la mer, de son propre jardin et d'une piscine privée.
La maison dispose de hauts plafonds traditionnels de Majorque, poutres et planchers en terre cuite en bois, est meublĂ©e d'un trĂšs haut niveau et dĂ©corĂ©es avec des Ɠuvres d'artistes locaux. Seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied du centre Deia et 20 min Ă  pied de Cala Deia Beach. Barbecue extĂ©rieur. *

What a fabulous property! The pictures, though enticing, don't do it full justice. Stone, tile, wood, and plaster are all you see in the beautifully crafted design, with spacious interiors, high ceilings and windows that maximize the view. The kitchen is well-equipped, so we enjoyed cooking (though we would have liked a way to brew coffee other than the small French press.) Pool was delightful. Overall, the villa met or exceeded our (high) initial expectations.More generally, our stay was in mid-late October, but the whole Deia area was still very crowded and busy so that parking almost anywhere was a struggle (if this was "shoulder season," it's hard to imagine what the high summer season looks like!) One tip: do your food shopping somewhere else before you arrive, or be prepared to drive to Soller or Valdemossa -- the one small grocery in Deia is a wildly-overpriced rip-off.

DeiĂ  Experience

We had the best time in Deia throughout our 7 days. House was immaculate and had some of the best views in Mallorca. Everything was easy from check in to checkout. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful!

We chose this property for our stay in Mallorca because of the view and it did not disappoint! We loved the view of the sea and also the view of the mountains. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio one evening when we were home! One morning we enjoyed a beautiful rainbow after it rained out at sea! The house itself is beautiful and was super clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. There was plenty of room to spread out and hang out and relax but we spent most of our time on the patio outside. The location is outside the town of Deia but walkable- there are some steep hills returning to the house from Deia and we were delighted to find there were taxis in the town to bring us home after dinner - so we got the best of both - lovely walks into town (downhill) then taxi back! We initially arrived very late at night and Rosa our host was very accommodating - she sent great directions regarding getting to the house and also getting IN to the house- she left all the outside lights on and the front gate open which was really nice. The only problem we experienced was not related to this property directly - but there was a neighbor a few homes away that was burning their yard waste and the smoke was blowing our way which impacted us being outside. From what we understand , it is only permitted certain times of the year. If we had known this we might have changed our dates. It wasn’t all the time but a few times we had to come in because of the smell.

Deia for a wedding

Excellent across the board. Beautiful home! Rosa made it so easy and acted almost as a concierge when we didn’t ask - links to restaurants, taxi service. 7 minute walk to Deia which was just close enough to go in and out for meals without having to drive.

Perfect holiday in an amazing villa

Our stay was just perfect. The house is the most beautiful house we have ever been to. The view and the design of the house is just amazing. It is just a short walk to Deia and the host is just great and helped us with all our issues like restaurant reservations . We are looking forward to come back.

Wonderful villa with large pool and amazing views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay at the villa. The manager was very responsive to our questions and with quick follow up. The villa is very nicely designed and well maintained. The pool was a delight! The mountain views were breathtaking and sunsets over the Mediterranean were spectacular!

Even Better Than Expected

We had an incredible stay - Villa is prettier and bigger than in photos. Neighborhood is beautiful and sunset views were unforgettable. Beds were all kings and very comfortable. Water pressure and temperature fantastic. Rosa was so helpful and got us whatever we needed. We want to come back again!

Even more beautiful than the photos

The house was clean, well styled, well maintained and absolutely more gorgeous than the photos. We loved how well the home has been restored, eg. amazing water pressure, nice hot water, high end finishes, while maintaining the original architecture! The home was peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay, including for our infant. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Traumhafter Ort

Die Villa liegt wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr großzĂŒgig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist ĂŒberdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Everything was amazing!

We were so lucky to find this villa and stayed for a week there for our vacation in Deia. I don't know where to begin with. I think DeiĂ  is one of the most beautiful and peaceful parts of the entire island. The villa is situated in a sought-after area and has a breathtaking Mediterranean sea view. So picturesque. It was like a dream to wake up every morning in the villa, to open the window, and feel the comfortable sea breathe on me. There were everything we needed in the villa. We had breakfast on the terrace, swimming in the oversized pool, going down to Cara DeiĂ . There were two restaurants in Cara DeiĂ . The parking spaces are limited by the beach, but we always could get a spot before 12 p.m. We stayed in the beach club for a day for a change. DeiĂ  is not a big town, but there are a lot of restaurants ( casual to fine dining ), cafes, boutiques, art galleries, bike rentals, a pharmacy, and a few grocery shops within a 10-minute walk from the villa. We enjoyed great local foods and wines in the restaurants. We had an amazing Italian chef in the villa for a night and romantic dinners in fine restaurants in the town and nearby. The owner Rosa was a very kind, friendly, and sweet person. We had a concierge service too. Andrea helped us book restaurants, a beach club, a boat charter, a grocery, a chef in the villa, and even a massage in the villa. He made our vacation stress-free and even more memorable. One week was not enough! We can't wait to return.

Fantastic property

Absolutely fabulous, spacious property with plenty of outdoor space, great sized pool and amazing view. The house was well equipped in general and especially in the kitchen and we had many a meal on the balcony looking at the most stunning of sunsets. It is a short 10 min walk into Deia. Rosa our host was delightful and extremely helpful, contacting us before our arrival and was there to greet us. Rosa gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat on our arrival and was easily reachable should we have any questions. The villa is so lovely you will hardly want to leave it!

Best sunset views in Deia

The house is located 5 min walk from Deia, facing the ocean and with beautiful sunset views. The walk to the cala is 10-15 min. 3 stories with 2 bedrooms on the top floor and 1 on the lowest level (pool level). Living room and kitchen on middle level with access to a large terrasse, from where the ocean and sunset views are truely magnificent. The pool is fairly large and offers a nice swim. The grounds beyond the pool are not large, but you have what you need. House and pool area well equipped for 6 people. We stayed with our children (19, 21 and 22), and we had a lovely family vacation with room and activities for all. Rosa was very helpful before and during our stay. We are happy to recommend this lovely villa, and we will be back!

A nice villa with a really nice view

We really enjoyed our stay in Deia, the villa was comfortable and nicely decorated, so it was nice to stay both inside and outside the villa. The villa was really nice, in three levels. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom had a walk in closet and a big bathroom. ground floor had a nice entrance, well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated livingroom. Terass with both lounge group and dining table. 1 bedroom downstairs same level with a small patio and a big pool. The villa was Super, the only challenge was teh wify that did not work properly, hopefully hthy get it fixed. Our contact person was REALLY helpful with whatever questions we had, THANKS!!
