Condo au 16e étage à The Watercrest, PCB.

Le salon et toutes les chambres ont des téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble.

La chambre principale a un lit King size avec vue sur l'océan et sa propre salle de bain privée. La salle de bain principale a une belle douche avec portes vitrées.

La deuxième chambre donnant sur l'eau a un lit queen size, une télévision à écran plat et sa propre salle de bain privée. La salle de bain a une belle douche avec des portes en verre.

La troisième salle de bain a deux lits doubles.

La troisième salle de bain a été récemment rénovée avec une douche à l'italienne.

Clean and modern unit with a beautiful beachfront view. The location was not busy and was perfect for our stay. The check-in and check-out process was communicated prior to our arrival and was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was wonderful and better then described! My family of 5 adults had plenty of room to kick back and relax. Every bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was great and had plenty of dishes for what we needed. The view was amazing and room was high enough that the noise from pool wasn't heard. We were able to see dolphins and amazing sunsets from our balcony. Also Watercrest was far enough from Pananma city beach center that the atmosphere was very calm, but we were an short drive from any activities and restraunts. We are already planning our next trip back!

We stayed here the last week of July and had a fantastic time with our kids and their friends! The condo had everything we needed and we loved having great views from two of the bedrooms and living room. We hope to stay here again!

The condo was really nice. We had to buy a dust pan and a mop to clean the floors better when we arrived but we really loved it. Could use some paint on the walls and minor details touched up but I’d stay again for sure

Our stay at this beautiful condo was amazing. It is located right on the beach, and really accessible to all that PCB has to offer. Everything about this place was top tier. My family and I would definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We stayed in this unit for 7 nights in June 2025. It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults/2 children). It was well stocked with cook wear, storage dishes - actually everything we needed throughout the unit. It was clean with modern appliances. We love this unit and can't wait to return. The pool deck was not overcrowded like some places we've stayed and we loved the large parking lot.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay this year at Watercrest. It was our first time there and we liked the tiki bar and the walkway out to the beach chairs. We did not like the elevators going out multiple times-we were on the 16th floor. And it’s directly beside a public access so it was really crowded on the beach every day. The unit we were in was updated but could use a deep clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was more than expected. All kitchen appliances were high end. The Balcony furniture is new and far better than the pictures. The only negative is, the description said the third bathroom has been updated to a tiled walk in shower. It was not but it was still ok. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay at Watercrest 1604 this year. The view from the 16th floor was amazing! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 throughout the condo. We are looking forward to another family trip to PCB next fall.
