Les clients sont assurés de passer des vacances mémorables dans ce 2 chambres / 2 entiÚrement meublé. 5 condo de bain. Les deux chambres ont des lits king size et salle de bain privée complÚte pour une intimité totale. Il y a une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire située hors de la cuisine pour que les invités puissent en profiter sans avoir à entrer dans votre chambre.

Le salon est grand et confortablement aménagé pour le plaisir. La cuisine est parfaite pour les repas car elle est entiÚrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle. Condo de nouvelle construction avec magnifique coucher de soleil sur la mer de Cortez.

Bas deux chambres, unitĂ© de bain 2 1/2 avec tous vos agrĂ©ments de vacances. Courte promenade Ă  une belle plage locale pour toutes vos activitĂ©s nautiques. À distance de marche de Cantina et des restaurants locaux. Les activitĂ©s locales comprennent la natation, la navigation de plaisance, la pĂȘche, la plongĂ©e sous-marine, la plongĂ©e avec tuba, la randonnĂ©e, les tyroliennes, VTT / UTV / CĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte, les croisiĂšres au coucher du soleil, l'observation des baleines (en saison), le golf, les magasins, les restaurants et bien plus encore! Apartment was clean, new, and well-equipped.

Got no advance information from VRBO or the owner about where or when we could get keys to the apartment. Had to call the owner when we arrived to get that information, so we didn't know until the owner answered our call when or whether we would be able to get into the apartment.

Drinks views and relaxing

Once agian staying at Scott's Condos is always nice this is our 5 stay at Scott's . We consider this hidden gem our second home. Scott's Condo are always clean comfort and great place to relax. Of course we enjoyed the views from the roof top deck and did a little grilling of local sea bass and shrimps We highly recommend staying here

I will admit it was a rough start. When we arrived there was not bedding or stools our family of 6. The next day the owner got everything we needed. He offered personal recommendations for food, and shared local toys for setting wild life and collecting sand dollars. Cholla Bay was so nice. We can't wait to go back.

Dirty Rental

The owners were very responsive during the renting/approval process and they followed through in providing directions to, and codes to gain access to their rental. Upon entering the condo, our family was pleasantly surprised at the size and furnishings, a grand beginning to a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend...wrong. 1. No hot water in the master shower, sporadic elsewhere in the condo (sporadic throughout the weekend; even after speaking with owner in person). 2. Only two of the four burners on the stove worked which made cooking for Thanksgiving rather challenging. 3. No satellite connection - Attempted to watch football games on the advertised satellite TV, and it never worked, even after speaking in person with the owner. 4. Multiple remotes for TVs, DVD players, ceiling and standing fans were missing batteries. 5. 1/2 bath toilet was leaking on the concrete floor due to a bad seal. 6. Limited kitchen supplies - only one kitchen dish towel, no pots, no dishwasher soap. 7. There are extensive termites behind one of the bedroom nightstands. 8. There are dead flies and bugs behind the bed, nightstands, and window sills of one of the bedrooms. In addition to a few live bugs crawling in the bathrooms. 9. Our daughter was bit multiple (10) times while asleep at night (we originally thought it was mosquitoes) but when the bites progressively got worse. We had to take her to a clinic and discovered they were spider bites which required an injection and medicine. She went to bed no bites, woke up the next morning, multiple bites. We have previously rented houses thru VRBO, with no problems, actually a really good experience. However, this will be our first and last time renting here.

Beautifully furnished and a very serene atmosphere at Pelicondo in Cholla Bay!

Ahhhh...from the moment that we pulled into the driveway we knew that we were in for a special treat! From the moment that we exited our vehicle, smelling the ocean breeze, listening to the waves come in and the seagulls cawing we were excited to call this place home for the next 4 days! Placed a call to Scott, the owner to let him know that we had arrived and his helpers were there to help us get settled. When we walked through the door...such a beautifully appointed home. We settled in and had a drink at the granite island, the younger girls very excited to wander down to the water that was just a short distance away. Bedrooms appointed, clothes unpacked, toiletries in the spacious and very custom bathrooms. All of us loaded back up and on to sight-seeing, taking all the quaint back roads leading to JJ's Cantina. The houses so beautiful in Cholla Bay...it makes a person want to run away and live here. Onto Wrecked at the Reef, what a great place where there were all ages, children with parents, young adults and of course the older crowd! Leaving here was very sad but, alas we will be back in the very near future!

My wife and I fell in love with Rocky Point over 20 years ago. We built our first rental condo in 2004 and just recently decided to build 4 more while we're still young enough to do it! We've watched what used to be a small fishing town evolve into a beautiful vacation spot with a similar look and feel of Cabo San still on a smaller scale. The slower pace of Rocky Point as compared to other popular vacation spots is as welcoming as it is relaxing making it much more family friendly than other popular hot spots. However, when you've had all of the relaxation that you can stand, a short drive or cab ride into The Malecon (aka: Fish Market) provides plenty of dining, dancing, music and shopping enough to keep even the busiest of people on their toes! The variety of restaurants, shops, and bars provide fun for every age group!! Try them all and pick your favorites because they each offer something just a little different than the next one!

Our Condos are located in a smaller beach community making them much more relaxing and family friendly. The waters on Tucson Beach in Cholla Bay are typically calmer than other areas of the Sea of Cortez making this area easier to swim, float, snorkel, jet ski, paddle name it! Cholla Bay has one of the world's largest tide fluctuations making it a great place to view many of the living reefs that surround the areas next to the soft sandy beaches. When the tide is out, take a long stroll into the sand and explore the little gifts that the sea leaves behind such as shells with little hermit crabs living inside of them. And yes, if you find shells that you want to take home, please be sure that the shell is not home to a living creature, we love those little guys!
