Front de mer !! Pas de traversĂ©e de rue ou de marche jusqu'Ă  la plage. Ce condo au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage a l'une des meilleures vues sur l'ocĂ©an que vous verrez et l'emplacement est imbattable. Il s'agit d'une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© avec un seul mur partagĂ© et des tonnes de lumiĂšre naturelle provenant des fenĂȘtres latĂ©rales. Il est situĂ© dans une rue sans issue calme loin de la foule. Eastern Lake est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© pour les jours oĂč les vagues du golfe sont trop hautes.

Le service de chaise de plage de 30a Shades est inclus dans vos locations du 1er mars au 31 octobre. Accédez à la plage depuis notre promenade privée.

Cute little place

Loved our stay! We booked this condo last minute the night before our trip and it was such an excellent find! We couldn't believe it was still available. It was a small little condo but the location was perfect. The surrounding area wasn't too busy and felt like a little bungalow beach town. Complimentary chairs and umbrella were the perfect addition.

PERFECTION!

Everything about this condo was FIVE STARS!The location was great! Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. We were there the week before the 4th of July & this area of the beach was not crowded at all!This is the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in, there were plenty of towels & linens, & the kitchen was well stocked. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect

We LOVED our stay!! It was perfect for our little family. Easy access to the beach and walkable to restaurants. We had so much fun and can’t wait to return. Our ONLY complaint was that the bed was uncomfortable, but the view makes up for it. :)

Unit itself is very nice and clean. Perfect size for the two of us. Beautiful ocean view. Appreciated the beach chair and umbrella service. The pool and deck area definitely need some updating. The pool furniture looked 20 years old. Weeds growing in the area and the walkway had rotting wood. Pool water was very clear.

Great location but the property is a little dated. Paradise was very responsive to our requests. Walls are a little thin so sound carries from one unit to the next. Overall it was a good experience.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay!

Nice unit with exceptional view! Perfect for 3 people and overall, a good value. Bed was very comfortable, unit has a fresh, updated look. Property management company was prompt in all communications. Check in was very easy. Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles at this location.

Peaceful, Clean, Relaxing

We were lucky enough to find this place at the last minute when our condo elsewhere was flooded. I was sick during our vacation, so I was so thankful to have a clean place to just relax. The condo was so fresh and crisp. The decor is soft and costal instead of tacky, stereotypical beachy. The balcony is nice and big, so I was able to sit out there and enjoy a rainfall without getting soaked. Management checked on us which was nice. I was thinking of visiting a different beach next year, but now I think I'll come back to Seagrove just so I can rent this place again.

Great condo and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location to the beach and having the beach chairs included was a huge plus. The condo was beautiful decorated and had very comfortable seating. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. There was what looked like to be chocolate that was on the couch and a trail of the chocolate that was all around the floor. It wiped up easily off the floor but this was obvious the floor had not been cleaned or it would not still be on the floor. When my sons got into the bunk beds the decorative pillows had food stains all over them. It looked to be like the same stains that were in the living room. Also when we took the trash bag out the can it was filthy and had lots of old food stains on it. Overall these issues can easily be addressed and did not ruin our trip in anyway. We loved the location and would look forward to visiting again.

Great Family Vacation

This condo was excellent for two people. The corner unit gives it wonderful views and good natural light. Our son and his family were in a unit in the building next door so it was conveniently located for visiting with them. There are plenty of restaurants close that were open for pickup and delivery. The only negative was the coffee pot quit working the day before we left. Thanks for a great time in a beautiful location!

Poor

We have been going to beach for 10 years now and have never left a review. However, I felt I need to because y'all may address and make it better for future vacationers. Positive- beach and view was awesome. Had issue with balcony sliding door and maintenance repaired quickly. Beach service was a plus. Negative- couch and chair was very dirty and put sheets over both. Mattresses were awful and need to be updated. Bunk mattress are pitiful and king just a tad better. Commodores retreat outside was very dirty and did not see any maintenance at condo during week. Parking is tough and felt like you could not leave because you may not have a spot. Also, drive a big vehicle and tough to park. Grill area was poor and dirty. Garbage container had garbage all around it. Walkway to beach was cluttered with beach gear left over from previous trips. Pool area was not very clean. No bathrooms outside around pool.

Beautiful beach!

Place was beautiful, beach was gorgeous! Beach service was amazing! Only thing we didnt enjoy is having one key fob which made it really hard with kids wanting to leave the beach and come back often . Parking is extremely difficult if you have a SUV! Overall place was wonderful!

Condo with gulf view!

This condo is very nice. Everything is new and clean. The view from balcony is amazing. Here for 9 nights. Never went out to eat, every meal made in full kitchen. Buddy’s fish market is 1/2 mile away. This is pure heaven!
