We stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was just as described. Wonderful view of the beach. Beach chairs are NOT included so be sure to bring your own or call 30A Shade. Perfect for a quick trip!!

Amazing views

Lovely corner unit allows amazing views of the beach. We had issues with the door lock but otherwise had a great visit. Recommend Seagrove Market for dinner.

With the private beach, we had no trouble setting up right on the water. However, the furniture in the unit is ready for a good cleaning/replacement. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. The dead bolt on the lock sometimes sticks and needs to be corrected; this makes it hard to get in sometimes. The shower curtain rod almost fell down and the curtain rod in the living room did come loose.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the beach views and the access to the beach! I think there were some things that could be done to improve our stay. The remotes to the TVs needed new batteries, hair dryers weren’t provided and there needs to be more attention to cosmetic details. There were many items that needed to be cleared out of kitchen drawers and closets including old remotes and construction materials that took up space. Also the access to the beach required key fobs and a key code access was not available. Although a code was given there was no keypad. I would recommend the HOA adding a pad. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend.

The only complaint we have is that there wasn’t enough toilet paper for 7 days. But for that to be the only “complaint” speaks volumes! This place was phenomenal. Loved the view, the furniture, the private beach, etc. 10/10 stay and so perfect for our honeymoon.

Memorial Day Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very good and clean. Location was good and beach access is great. There was an issue with a water leak being repaired when we arrived so a hole was in the wall all week. The only negative is the couch is dirty and very uncomfortable needs updating.

Great location but lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, be sure to screen shot or print your info before getting in to town if you have verizon because there is no service. We could access our email to get the door code, then the door code was wrong. Finally made it in an hour later and the wifi was not working. The light switch in the front bath was broken and the couch has stains on it. Benchmark was very helpful and the location is great. We will be back here but not to this condo.
