Cozy coastal cottage in Goodland

Beautiful spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom.
Marble floors, accented with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances.
The cottage is equipped with all your basic needs for your stay. Cooking utensils, coffee machine, towels and linens. California King bed in the bedroom, with a television. Living room is suited with a beautiful living room set, large screen t.v., and dining area, all as one. It holds a lovely spacious open floor plan.
This cottage has a private sitting porch, with comfortable patio furnishings.
Come and experience our beautiful cottage in Goodland.
A sleepy historic fishing village, of Goodland. Enjoy the sunrise over the Everglades with your morning cup of coffee, and the magical colors of the evening sky.
We have ample parking for your vehicle and boat trailer if you wish to bring your own, and utilize the local Goodland boat ramp.

*Note*
Late June through September is our “off season”. 3 out of 4 restaurants are closed, as well as our local museum and fresh fish market. Fortunately Marco Island is a quick drive away to find all of your vacation needs!

So different, so fun

Unexpected small fishing town charm. Everything is nearby. Great little(and no so little) restaurants on the water. Kayaks and bikes made available in this clean little gem near the water.

A unique community with water views everywhere you look. If you like to eat, and perchance like to drink, then you should stay here for a couple of days. Add fishing and boating, and you have your dream stay. The hosts are congenial and informative.

Short stay for shelling trip out of Goodland

This was our second stay at this cottage. It was just as pleasant as the first. We will definitely be back. Love this little quiet, peaceful, cottage full of shells to admire! Amanda, the host, is absolutely awesome and incredibly knowledgeable about the area.

Goodland

We had an amazing time at this location! The property was very clean and in good condition! The owner was friendly! If you are looking for the luxury of Marco Island and want to save a few bucks. This is a great Choice. We enjoyed Goodland every bit as much as we enjoyed Marco. Goodland is down to earth. The locals and local restaurants were great. Def a slower pace than “ Mark up Island” as one of the locals told us!!! We will absolutely be heading back to this location in the future!!
