Situé en face de l'une des plus belles plages de Floride, ce studio entièrement meublé dispose d'une cuisine complète avec un grand réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle en acier inoxydable, un comptoir en granit, un four micro-ondes, une cuisinière, des ustensiles de cuisine, un lit queen size, un canapé queen size lit, placard et une nouvelle climatisation. Le Royal Orleans est un condo de villégiature pittoresque de 35 unités qui offre une piscine chauffée avec tables, chaises longues et barbecue à gaz dans une cour tropicale sans fumée. Le Royal Orleans est également équipé d'une buanderie sur place. Vous êtes à quelques pas des restaurants, des boutiques et des sports nautiques. John's Pass, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach et St. Pete Beach sont également à proximité. Profitez du coucher de soleil depuis le balcon avant ou traversez la rue et promenez-vous sur la plage ou nagez dans le golfe du Mexique. The location is 10 outta 10! This place is tiny, especially the shower… I could barely wash my hair, lol. But you are a 1 minute walk from the BEACH, so if you’re not fancy, this is an excellent value. There were also beach chairs and beach towels to use, which is super nice. One thing to note—if you’re planning to use the pullout couch, there were no sheets or blankets, so come prepared!

It was a nice stay

It was pretty good it was a little deceitful with the pictures the silverware wasn’t the cleanest and I’m pretty sure I found mouse poop in with the cooking supplies

Thank you for letting us know about the mouse droppings! It has now been addressed. In regards to the silverware, all kitchen items are only as clean as the last guest left them. We do have a dishwasher on site and guests are asked to load any dishes that they use in the dishwasher and start it prior to departing, however, we strongly encourage each guest to pre-wash whatever they plan to use to be safe. Thanks again for voicing your concerns so we can rectify any issues!

The location was convenient, close to a trolley stop, restaurants and the beach. The host provided us with beach supplies, linens and even a water filter. Would love to go again soon. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Small and quaint peaceful stay

The room was the perfect size for a family of 4 with a small child & older child. The kitchen had everything we needed, tons of kids channels on tv, pool was amazing and refreshing with playground not far. Easy walk to beach and was thankful for the towels and chairs provided! Great communication with the host, she is kind and professional and helpful!

Away From The Hustle And Bustle

We enjoyed our stay the property is very well maintained the pool water was like a relaxing bath. The other guests were very friendly and helpful. We struggled with the steps as we are older and not in the best of shape, but we managed. Hopefully we can visit again soon.

This rental was cute & clean & the pool was nice. It was close to the beach access & other fun places like Johns pass & Clearwater. The only small issue was that we had no hot water in the shower.

Maybe I got what I paid for. But the bed was uncomfortable and the laundry is not included, but you had to find a place to get quarters to use the machines. There was nowhere to sit to eat until I found chairs in the closet that kind of fit the very small table. I was in 214 but maybe other units are nicer. The resort is doing a good job of cleaning up after the damage from the hurricane. And the pool was lovely.

Older complex. Stayed with my daughter and granddaughter - room very small, but OK for a short visit and not having to be in room much. Pool and patio area very nice. Close to the beach. Nicole, the owner, was extremely responsive to my questions.

Overall Nice Room/Location

Check in was easy with the door code and the kitchen was well supplied. There were extra linens for the couch. It is not a mattress though-just lays flat. It’s definitely a tight squeeze when the couch is laid out and the bathroom shower is very tiny. The sink was clogged so the water didn’t drain well in the bathroom. We appreciated that there were complimentary beach supplies in the closet such as an umbrella, boogie board and towels. It was a short walk to the beach access point and there were never a lot of people on that area of the beach. For the price and location, we did enjoy overall.

SO SMALL. There is definitely only room for two people. The shower is so small I hit my elbows on the walls trying to wash my hair. Also: there is no outdoor shower, so all of the drains were full of sand. However, the pool and beach access were very nice. I was definitely expecting a nicer place, based on the price.

Hot room with moldy musty smell

The air conditioning was terrible and everything felt wet because it never cooled. The bed, bedding,couch and pillows all smelled moldy/musty. I had to wash everything including my bags after I got home because of the smell. I brought my own pillows but had to throw them away because I couldn’t get the smell out. I will not be staying here again.

Very clean, close to the beach, excellent!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 year old son for a long weekend. When we arrived, the place was exceptionally clean and the owners had left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. It's pretty small, but it worked well for the three of us as a place to stay while we visited family in the area and went to the beach. It is only a short walk to the beach and parking by our room was easy. The couch opened up to a small bed that was perfect for our son, and there were a lot of sheets and blankets available. We did not fold up the murphy bed, but could have if we needed the extra space. There were a lot of beach gear, toys, towels, umbrellas, etc available in the closet for us to use. The kitchen was well stocked. We only cooked one breakfast in the room, but could have easily cooked all of our meals here if we wanted to. Redington Beach itself is not crowded, and there are stores and restaurants nearby. This was our first time visiting Redington Beach and the St Pete area. We would absolutely stay at this condo again. Thank you for the great place to stay!
