L'unité # 204 des condominiums Royal Orleans, ou "Bourbon Street" comme on aime à l'appeler, est située le long des belles plages de Redington Beach dans le St. Petersburg, région de Floride.

Ce petit complexe très bien entretenu offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade tranquille et économique. Profitez des nombreux magasins et restaurants de Redington Beach, ou prenez un court trajet en tram jusqu'au sud de Johns Pass Village à Madeira Beach ou au nord de Indian Rocks Beach et tout le chemin jusqu'à Clearwater. We spent most of our time at the beach during the day and the cousins spent time in the pool at night. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed:). Any communication with the host was prompt. The extra bonus was the on property laundry. We had a long drive back home and having the opportunity to pay for us to do clean our laundry for our 23 hour drive home was a blessing!!

I would give the room an average rating. There were no grab bars in the tub. The sink was missing a strainer the kitchen counter countertop very crimped you had to be very careful not to drop or spill something and get burned. The one burner. The large burner is malfunctioning. It needs to be reinspected and fixed.

Clean, quite and great location

The property and the room was extremely clean and the location was great for walking to the different restaurants. The parking as all the parking at the beach was a challenge. If possible bring your smallest vehicle.

property was fine, small cozy place, nice very warm pool. Unit needs some improvements: better mattress and pillows, more towels, additional paper products, instructions for tv. would stay again but choose a different unit. Convenient walk to beach and restaurants.

Property description was accurate as advertised. Good location. Only challenge was size of refrigerator. It was a “dorm” size mini-fridge, therefore no real freezer. Otherwise the unit was great.

Great pool !

Nice facility, great pool but this unit is very small. The refrigerator barely worked took 24 hours to freeze the ice cube tray and there’s no ice machine on the property and no place to store ice if you bought a bag. Washer and dryer’s had a lot to be desired.

Only good thing was location.

Dirty stove burner plates, smelled mold in closet, bed takes up 3/4 of the room so no where to sit. This is a place for one person and they need to downsize the bed. Bathroom window sill and blind dirty.

It was small but had everything we needed. If I had a complaint it would be that I would stub my toes on the bottom of the bed frame as it was not tall enough to get the end of your feet underneath it. Who knew that would be an issue?

Cute and Comfortable

Great place and great location. We loved the room and the area. Very cozy for a couple. mini refrigerator worked well, shelves moved easily to accommodate our needs. room was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extras- beach towels, beach chairs mini cooler bag, even extra bath towels and coffee. Everything we needed. Only a couple very small complaints- the bed sets at just the right height to remove your toenails if not careful, I wore my tennis shoes in the room to prevent this from happening. and getting a parking spot can be a challenge at night. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return myself. thank you for a great stay.

Location was good. Property is old but maintained, except the room I was in mildew/mold in the bathroom can smell it as soon as you walk in, very tiny bathroom. No toaster. Very dusty, dusty bunnies on the ceiling. I received a call a couple hours before check in that they were moving me from the room that I had reserved back in March to room.

Affordable, Clean, Quiet

Great affordable stay for a single person or a couple. Description was accurate, location felt safe. During my stay, all other guests I saw were 60+. Nice choice if you are visiting family but still want your own space. When I arrived the room had a bit of a musty smell that lessened a bit but didn't completely go away. But I don't know how long the property had been closed/unoccupied before my arrival. Also, there is not a fence around the pool that must be fairly new, because it is not in current pics. Great for safety, just a visual observation! Top faves: The bed, the lights on the headboard, great shower pressure. I wish it had: A caddy in the shower, a full length mirror, drawers to unpack clothes into.

TV didn't not work properly. Asst. Mgr. brought a new remote that worked for one day. Water Heater needs to be replaced....I complained about lukewarm water....supposedly turned up, but was still not sufficiently warm for shower. This unit needs to be updated.

3 day get a way

Cute and clean, we never received an email about the door combination so we sat outside the door for quite awhile while my husband texted and called. They said they didn’t have us as having a reservation, then few minutes later found it and sent an email with the info we needed. We were relived!! It would have been helpful to have a full length mirror or at least a larger mirror in the bathroom. A ceiling fan would have been nice just to move the air around. My husband said the bed frame should be a little smaller, we both stubbed our toes and hit our ankles on it. . The pool and outside area was very nice, and a couple beach chairs were in the closet for our use, with a couple beach towels. We would stay again,
