Appréciez votre café ou un verre de vin sur le balcon. Il y a 2 lits king et 1 lit queen. Le condo dispose d'une piscine. L'emplacement est génial, prÚs du centre-ville mais toujours calme pour une belle soirée sur le pont en regardant les lumiÚres. L'unité se trouve au troisiÚme étage et sans ascenseur.

Had a wonderful experience with our condo stay. Came up for the Christmas parade with my family. We had plenty of room. The condo was accommodated with everything we needed. The host was always very quick and helpful with the response time. She answered any questions I had and was extremely pleasant. The location was very close to the main strip. We were very pleased and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The view overlooking Gatlinburg was absolutely beautiful—one of those sights you don’t forget. The host was also incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the experience even smoother.The only downside was the neighbors. They were smoking weed throughout the weekend, and the smell was strong enough that the entire outdoor area was unpleasant. It even lingered inside our car, which was frustrating.Outside of that issue, the condo itself was wonderful. If the surrounding area had been smoke-free, this easily would’ve been a 5-star stay.

Nothing fancy but perfect for what we needed for exploring Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Walkable to Anakeesta (about 15-20 min walk) and other downtown Gatlinburg attractions. It was clean and exactly what we needed!

This was clean and as expected based on the listing. We were easily able to walk to the parkway. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing stay!

The condo was so clean, fully stocked kitchen, perfect size for our family, and always smelled amazing. The view is so nice on the balcony and we saw a bear out back. The pool was perfect for our kids. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this rental!!!

Nice condo close to downtown Gatlinburg

The three bedroom, two bath condo was very comfortable for three friends to share. Everything was in good working order. The kitchen cooking gear was above average compared to other rentals we've had. Good beds and very nice linens. The view from the balcony was relaxing.The condo itself was very clean but the exterior areas of the complex could use some work. It's an easy walk down to town (about 1 mile) but the return is steep. A nice feature is that it is on the free trolley route.

Great views esp Gatlinburg at night

We were in town for a 450 Santa Famroom. ily Reunion gathering. Location overlooks the City, the local trolley stops right in front. We loved the accommodations, great balcony. Well furnished, looked like new. We were on third floor, no elevator but worth the view. Three big king sized beds, TV in every room. Two full baths. Kitchen was well equipped. While its easy to walk down to the main drag, coming back uphill and then up the VERBO is only for experienced climbers LOL.

Very scenic

It was very nice , we were high up and could see for a long ways. We enjoyed our stay the only complaint is the stairs we had 2 1/2 full set of stairs to carry our luggage up . I guess next time we will look into the place better. I did read the reviews and nobody mentioned the stairs .

Great place close to downtown!

We went on a couple's weekend, and this condo was perfect for what we needed. 2 king beds and a queen! Wonderful. Angie was great with communication before and during the stay! The only thing about thr property is that GPS doesnt take us to the right road eaisly. It is easy to pass if youre not paying attention. PS.i am so sorry, i didnt realize that we left food in thr fridge. Im sorry Angie!

GatlinVols

Great place to stay for family of 4 to include one adult child and one teen. Easy walking and enjoying the sites and sounds of Gatlinburg and a quick and easy hour drive to the Vols football game and a two minute drive to the Skokie’s.

Great Condo! Great Location!

Condo is exactly as advertised. Clean! Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and even a washer & dryer. Host, Angie was a gem to communicate with. Location is within walking distance to downtown (light 6 at Aquarium), however, it’s uphill on the way back so beware, it’s a doozy. We had a wonderful time with our adult kids. We’ll definitely be back and book this condo again!

Condo in the Smokies

It fit our family of six perfectly. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms was the main reason we booked it. The large balcony was a bonus! There was a trolley stop just outside the driveway. The walk to town wasnt too bad, if you decided to walk. The cons were the garbage truck woke us up at 5:00 every morning. Some fixtures and coverings could be updated. It was a great trip!
