Escapade familiale au bord du lac sur le lac Greenwood

Grands lieux de rassemblement en plein air avec des vues impressionnantes. Cette belle maison est parfaite pour s'amuser au bord du lac. Nous sommes situés sur un point dans une grande crique juste à côté de l'eau libre. Il se trouve sur plus de 150 pieds de façade sur l'eau avec un quai et offre une vue sur le lac depuis presque toutes les pièces de la maison. La maison est adaptée aux enfants avec une pente douce vers l'eau, une balançoire et une structure de jeu avec toboggan. Les adultes ne sont pas en reste, car il y a beaucoup de sièges et de vues sur le lac depuis la terrasse à trois niveaux, le foyer et le porche grillagé. Il y a aussi des endroits parfaits pour les grands et les petits pour nager. L'eau est assez peu profonde lorsque vous entrez pour que les jeunes enfants jouent et à environ 7 à 8 pieds de profondeur à l'extrémité du quai. Vous êtes invités à utiliser notre pédalo et à amarrer votre grand bateau pour la semaine. L'intérieur de la maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Chacune des 3 chambres contient un lit queen-size et un coin salon. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans la tanière. Il y a aussi deux lits simples à couchette dans la chambre principale. Il y a un pack-n-play, une petite chaise haute de voyage et des jouets / jeux pour une variété d'âges disponibles pour votre commodité. Un de nos voisins loue également sur VRBO et leur maison peut également être disponible si vous avez un groupe plus important ou plusieurs familles. Leur numéro VRBO est la propriété n ° 1152626.

Nice place to stay. Even though we had rain it was well stocked with plenty of games.

Very nice property, we enjoyed our stay beautiful location hopefully we will get to come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the nice dock.

Perfect getaway

Awesome place to stay. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommend staying here. Lots of room inside and outside. The view is spectacular.

Great property with spacious bedrooms. Tons of seating inside and out. You can’t beat the views of the property. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end road.

Another wonderful vacation

We’ll have stayed here several times and have always loved our visit. We will keep coming back. It is so peaceful. We have so many found memories of this place. The weather was perfect too.

Comfy and Cozy

Our stay at Lake Greenwood in this comfy cozy house was Awesome!!! We had our daughters and there families with us which included 1 year olds to 9 year old and it was prefect! We will differently be doing this again next year and hope to stay at the same place.

Perfect Covid Getaway

I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home on the lake! Covid has interrupted all of our other vacation and travel plans for the year, so we decided to stay local and find a lake house. The views of the lake were stupendous, the deck is AMAZING, having the dock to tie up our boat was a plus! We are already talking about our next stay!!!

Wonderful long weekend get-away.

Property was exactly as described & pictured. We had a wonderful time with special friends at a location half way between us, so neither group had to travel too far. The screen- in porch made even our rainy day a wonderful one. Enjoyed the outdoor seating, using the grill & playing games while enjoying one another's company. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location for families

This is a wonderful place for families to stay! Jeff communicated within minutes if I had a question and helped secure our kayak and paddle board rentals, which were ready when we arrived. The views were beautiful, and we had plenty of seating for everyone. The house had beach towels, a stocked kitchen, and plenty of extras! The only reason for the four stars' cleanliness is the vast amount of cobwebs on the outside windows, chairs, and decking. Overall, a great place to relax!

This property was the perfect place for our family to stay while celebrating our daughter's graduation from Lander University. The university is less than 30 minutes away, and all of us were able to have our own bedroom and bath. My four year old grand daughter loved the play area out by the lake, and my son even brought rods and reels. You will love this place. The sunrise was absolutely one of the best ever.

Great house and location

The lake house was perfect for a family retreat. The porch is large and accommodating, a play house for the kids, and the lake for everyone to enjoy. There were tons of kid books and board games. We had everything we needed and more for sleeping arrangements. My only complaint is one of the bedrooms smelled of cigarettes. We were able to air it out some, and the rest of the house was perfectly clean.

Beautiful view. House was family friendly.

Issues with cleanliness. You could see the dust when you walked in the door. Poor water pressure. Dishwasher leaked.. Host was unprofessional when trying to resolve conflict about their cleaning process. When VRBO was contacted in reference to issues. Never received feedback.

I hate that this guest felt I was unprofessional when I communicated that we would not be refunding the damage deposit. Unfortunately, they left my house a wreck. Trash was everywhere. There were multiple stains on the carpet that required professional cleaning and furnishings were damaged that had to be replaced. I’m so thankful for my awesome cleaning team for staying late that night. They went above and beyond expectation to get the house ready for the next day. (The guests that arrived next ended up giving us a 5 star review.)

Youth Retreat

If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful scenery, relaxation, kids to run free and play….this place is a must! Everything was perfect! I took our youth group ages 12-15 and they never complained, never picked up their cell phones and not once did they whine and say they were bored! The s’mores basket was amazing! Firewood was provided with a nice fire pit down by the lake and picnic table. Huge porch and plenty of room to eat on picnic tables. Games galore to play…btw we played games every night! We brought our kayaks and kayaked the lake without any worries! The sunrise through the front windows were absolutely breathtaking! You will not go wrong choosing this as a family retreat to getaway from the world or a youth retreat! Thank you to the McBrides for opening your beautiful home to us! Precious memories were made! Nice place

The place is big nice swimming area however, the inside of the house was clean to look at but once you got in u can notice the 1 bathroom didnt ger hot water in shower. There was a lot of garbage amd nasty under beds. The grill was so nasty that we didnt even want to use. The decks are nice bit not cleaned i took over an hour to just sweep leaves and someone even left theor dirty socks wet on deck i cleaned up. The house is stocked as they say. Overall i would stay again however i would hope they have new cleaners that take pride in their work for the owner. I would not go back unless i knew the cleaning situation was better. 2nd stay...

Our stay at the lake house in greenwood was awesome beautiful view beautiful house

I rented the lake house on lake greenwood for to be close to cokesbury college where we were holding my son's wedding. The view at the lake was just awesome. Different members of the family stayed with me at different times. We all enjoyed the lake house and had a wonderful time would love to rent the cabin again in the summer. Some family members stop by for the afternoon they thoroughly loved taking the kayak out and my two and a half year old granddaughter enjoyed the playground. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful lake house

Perfect place for a weekend

We needed to be close to our Family Reunion and have a place to prepare food for the event. It was more than perfect. It was a wonderful Lake front property with loads to entertain family of all ages.

Lovely Lakefront home

We had a lovely time renting this property. With an age range of guests from 26 to 90, we felt we had plenty of space and accommodations for all age groups! Never felt on top of one another and we loved the gorgeous backyard and deck.

Kid friendly!

Perfect when the house was full. Lots to entertain our grandson. Then when the kids all left, it was a perfect place for just the two of us to wind down. Only suggestion would be better lighting in the kitchen. But we will definitely be back!
