Lakeshore Lookout: Lakefront Home on Lake Greenwood - Cross Hill, SC

Come and visit our lakefront four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, located on beautiful Lake Greenwood in a quiet, shallow water cove (Same cove as Skipper's!!)

There is a dock for you to tie up your boat, pontoon, or jet ski. You will have a blast cruising around the lake, swimming, or fishing in and out of our cove!

PLEASE NOTE: There is no guarantee your boat will get to our dock as the water is approximately 1-2 feet deep at the dock. If your boat sits high on the water, you should have no problem. We have a pontoon boat and have no issues getting it to the dock. Skippers On Lake Greenwood is also just a short 3 minute drive where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with waterfront dinning. You can also launch any deep hulled boats here year round. Gas is sold at this location as well... The water surrounds the dock from approximately April 15th to October 31st and is typically at approximately 1 to 2 foot surrounding the dock during this time. Boats that do not sit deep in the water can reach the dock or bank of the property. DO NOT JUMP OFF THE DOCK AT ANY TIME AS THE WATER IS SHALLOW.

Enjoy spending time on our spacious lakefront deck as you sip your coffee in the morning while watching a beautiful sunrise or drink a glass of wine in the evening as the sun goes down. We have a small tiki bar with bar stools and other outdoor furniture for your group to enjoy. You can have every meal with a waterfront view if your heart desires! You may also enjoy our spacious screened in porch to relax after a long day on the lake.

Sit around a crackling bonfire at night while listening to the crickets and frogs, or indulge in some s'more making. You can soak up the peace and serenity of the beautiful stars at night and do a little star gazing. This is a perfect spot to take in all that nature has to offer!

The home is a mobile home but has updates throughout. It's just a short 25 minute drive to Lauren's, Clinton, and Greenwood, SC with various shops and restaurants. A few golf courses are nearby as well.

Wifi internet is available (password is located on a sign in the dining area). The living room includes a flat-screen TV, couch, love seat, and oversized chair.

The dining area has a kitchen table with space for up to 6 people.

The kitchen includes an oven/stove combo, refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, coffee pot, and all the utensils to do any cooking or serving you desire.

A washing machine & dryer are available so that you can return home without a pile to catch up on.

Bedroom 1: King bed and a flat-screen TV. Full accessible bathroom is also attached.

Bedrooms 2, 3, & 4: A queen bed each. No TVs.

All linens are furnished and washed before each renter arrives. Towels and wash rags are provided as well. Towels are for in-home use only, so please bring your own lake towels. Bathrooms are also supplied with toilet paper.

Absolutely no pets.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house. Any evidence of smoking or vaping in the house will result in the loss of your security deposit. Ashtrays are provided on the back deck for outdoor smoking.

If you have a golf cart, bring it along with you and ride the friendly lakefront communities.

A gas grill is provided for all your grilling needs.

Boat & jet ski rentals are available at Skipper's On Lake Greenwood which is just a short golf cart ride away. Also within close distance is Moon's Landing & Lighthouse Landing.

Please note, there are surveillance cameras located on the front and back porch, as well as the side of the home to allow for reasonable monitoring of the outside of the property, while still protecting the privacy of our guests.

There is a camper set-up and lodge building on the left side of the property. It may be occupied and is not a part of this vacation rental.
