La maison de plage familiale

Notre propriété de San Diego est située dans le charmant quartier de Pacific Beach, à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la plage et à deux pâtés de maisons de Mission Bay. Idéal pour les familles, les retraités et les jeunes couples, il possède une cour arrière (idéale pour les plus petits) avec un tout nouveau barbecue, des chaises de jardin pour raconter des histoires, ainsi qu'un oranger et un citronnier avec des fruits toute l'année. ! La propriété a une allée avec une porte privée pour deux véhicules ainsi que le stationnement de la rue disponible - un grand avantage pour l'été dans cette banlieue populaire à côté de la plage de San Diego. Cette propriété est à distance de marche (3 minutes ou moins) de non seulement la plage mais de nombreux restaurants populaires, bars, cafés / glaces, boutiques de la rue Garnet, et une épicerie! Notre quartier est calme, mais proche de l'amusement, nous demandons à nos locataires d'être respectueux de nos merveilleux voisins qui vivent dans la région toute l'année. La maison a été construite dans les années 1950 lorsque les rues bordées de palmiers des plages du Pacifique étaient faites de sable, donc elles ont un charme de charme qui nous amoureux! Il y a un câble, un lecteur DVD, un accès Internet WIFI, et une laveuse / sécheuse à la maison. Serviettes de douche fournies.

Cuisine: réfrigérateur, four / cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, poubelle, grille-pain, mixeur, assiettes, bols, ustensiles, cuisson de base, ustensiles, tasses à mesurer, ouvre-boîtes

Présentation de la maison: cuisine, salon / salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, chambre principale (lit king), chambre 2 (lit queen), chambre 3 donnant sur une terrasse extérieure (lit queen), 2 matelas Je sais si le problème avec les matelas gonflables a toujours un problème), terrasse extérieure avec sièges pour les repas et barbecue, jardin de taille moyenne avec arbres fruitiers, gazon. Il y a un studio privé au-dessus du garage ainsi qu'un garage privé à l'arrière qui partage la cour mais qui est verrouillé toute l'année.

It was in a great location and the private parking was awesome! We have a bigger family and could have used more space. Definitely wouldn’t plan on it sleeping 8 comfortably. Host was great at communicating and check-in was easy!

Wonderful family beach home! We traveled with my toddler and this home had everything to make us feel comfortable and make the trip a little easier with a little one. The yard was great for hanging out in the evenings and the location was perfect for early morning strolls along the beach.

Host provided excellent instructions and accommodations. This house is lovely and in a fantastic area, it’s 1 block away from a grocery store and the beach! The only thing that I would recommend is having couple of fans throughout the house as the AC was struggling to keep up during our stay. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this house for your next getaway.

Great stay!

Great location walking distance from the beach, grocery store, and many restaurants. Very convenient parking - we have a large SUV and had no problem fitting in the enclosed driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home close to beach

The beach home was clean, stocked with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The location is very walkable to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The beach towels and toys made the stay perfect.

Fantastic property in great location!

-Great house - light and airy, lots of space for three couples, has everything you need for a stay of any length of time.-Great location - close to SO many shops, restaurants, grocery, etc., and, of course, close to the beach!-Designated parking so you don't have to search for a spot on the street.-Jessica was so easy to communicate with - she responded quickly to any questions I had, and was extremely accommodating! Hello! My name is Jess and my mom, Sue, is the owner of this wonderful beachside cottage and has owned it since 2011. We have celebrated so many wonderful family holidays and long sunny weekends in it! We rent the front house out year around. My mom has six daughters and she knows the value of a wonderful vacation for a family in a spectacular location. We are originally from a small town called Verdi, NV nestled in the mountains between Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada. Since my mom is a grandma to 7 incredible grand babies so far, she spends much of her time up North visiting all of the little ones and resides in Reno, Nevada. This being said we are so happy to welcome you into this wonderful place and now give you a place to call home for your stay in gorgeous San Diego, California.

This property is not just a house to us, it is a home where so many memories have been made over the years. Originally we owned a time share on Ocean Front Walk and had been coming to San Diego for years. As time went by we realized how wonderful it would be to have a place with an enclosed backyard, room to breath, and a private driveway in the beautiful neighborhood that we are in now. The Braemar District, where the home is located, was previously owned by the Scripps family. A condition of the sale was to make the 4 block radius behind the Catamaran hotel remain as single family homes. Since then, our little neighborhood has lived up to that regulation and is loved by so many in Pacific Beach. We hope to keep this home in the family for generations to come, while providing a beautiful and affordable vacation location for small to large families of travelers like yourself!

Our home has so much natural light coming in through the many white shutters that surround the living room, and it makes it feel so spacious and beachy. The all whites and sliding windows give the room a crisp and clean look, functional and beautiful. Also, the wood floors make it easy to clean sand up if you bring it in from the beach!
