This completely remodeled, air conditioned 3BR, 2BA gem is a stunner! With brand new wood floors, a sparkling white kitchen, modern appliances and a private outdoor space -- you'll never want to leave your beach vacation!



The Space:

Mermaid Cove is a modern beach oasis, located just two blocks from the sand and salt waters of Mission Bay. It is a completely private, detached guest house with a car port and two parking spots available. There are two Smart TVs, an open concept living room and kitchen, pristine bathroom with floor to ceiling tile, an outdoor dining set up (complete with brand new BBQ grill) and the perfect, coastal bright & airy feel. There are two bedrooms in the "main" house: the master (queen bed) and the guest room (twin over full bunk beds). The third bedroom is detached (queen bed) and has its own bathroom & shower. There is free laundry onsite. Take a five minute stroll down to the water and experience all the vibrant San Diego bayside has to offer, from bike rentals to kayaking and paddle boarding!



Guest Access:

Check-in is completely contactless, and you will have your own private entrance. The owners of Mermaid Cove live in the front house separated by a fence, and interaction is not necessary (unless you want to say hello!).



Getting Around:

Looking for a way to get around Mission/ Pacific Beach during your stay? We've partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. Other Things to Note:

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
