Ve.N.I.Ce Cera Canal View is a beautiful apartment, in a great location: just off Calle Larga XXII Marzo and a few steps from Piazza San Marco.

The flat is perfect for two couples or a family of four.

It consists of two separate but communicating \'open plan\' units which are joined together by the common entrance hall.

Each unit consists of a sleeping area with double bed and built-in wardrobe, and a living area with kitchenette.

The entire flat is characterised by warm exposed beams, the pastel colours of the marmorino marble on the walls and the fine parquet flooring.

Looking out of any windows you will experience the spectacular view of the ancient palazzi overlooking the canals and the gondolas that frequently glade by. It’s the flat’s strong point and it will give you special emotions to make your stay unforgettable.

Amazing stay in Venice here. Fantastic location with close and easy access to the major attractions. Anna and her team were very easy to connect with and help arranged taxi from train station. Highly recommended.

The PERFECT Venice location

First of all, Isabella was amazing. She and the Venice staff kept in constant communication with us after we booked. Even met us at the boat after we had a “challenging” day arriving from Florence via train, which we greatly appreciated.The PERFECT Venice location. When they say on the canal it is in the heart of a beautiful canal that made for an incredible experience just by opening our windows. The apartment(s) were impressive! Clean. Safe. Quiet. Amazing neighborhood close to everything you want to see in Venice. One of our favorite apartments during our stays in Rome-Florence-Venice-Milan-Luzern. Loved. Loved. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Amazing place!

I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Venice. The location can’t be beat - shopping, restaurants, cafes - all within a 2 minute walk. Plus, once you look out or open the windows, you are on the canal with all of the gondolas. It’s amazing! You do have to go up about 6 states to get into the place (important if have older people with you). The beds are small (queen?), but there is a pullout sleeper. We had 3 people in the unit and it was perfect! Would totally stay here again! Have the water taxi drop you off right at the apartment (not at the local taxi stop). This is a real gem in Venice!
