We had a great stay with our family of five. The property is in an amazing location near. It’s minutes from the beach, park, and restaurants. We love that it was situated in Old Nice too. We highly recommend this property!

Great location, great host, everything as advertised. It was a well stocked kitchen utensil and appliance wise. Some minor issues to be aware of - it can get noisy throughout the night, especially weekends. The bathtub does not seem to hold water at all, we tried several times. There are stairs inside the house. If you are over 6 feet 2 inches you will have issues with - banging head, covers that work and length of bed. We loved the porch and ate on it 6 of the 11 nights!

We absolutely loved the property! The location was perfect with sea views and in Old Town Nice. The rooms were spacious and kept cool with the AC. The apartment was well furnished and had ample amounts of crockery, glasses, mugs and cooking utensils. We loved trips out in the mornings and then spending time on the beach in the afternoon. Communications with Eileen, our host, were great and informative. During our stay, communications with Connie were regular and really helpful. We couldn't fault anything about the apartment and will definitely be returning!

Perfect house in Nice

This property has it all - excellent location, spectacular view and all the amenities you could want from a holiday home on the French Riviera. The beach is opposite, the old town is just behind the property and there are numerous excellent restaurants close by. It is very quiet despite its central location. We hope to return!

Incredible

Location could not be beat. Balcony overlooking the sea and just steps from the center of Old Town. Everything and more that you need in the rental. One of the best stays we’ve ever had. Great communication with the property owner.

Wonderful Property

This was the ultimate property for relaxation in Old Town Nice. It was directly across from the beach and steps from the market and Old Nice dining options. My family enjoyed hours on the beach followed by dinners on the balcony watching the action of the promenade! The living space and rooms were very modern and clean. The outdoor balcony and patio space were an excellent surprise. The only down side was leaving.

Best location in Nice!

This apartment is a one minute walk to Old Town. The beach and Promenade is across the street. The castle lookout stairs are a block away. There are 30 plus restaurants within 1-10 minute walk. The view from the balcony is amazing! We stayed for 2 weeks. We sat out on the balcony for coffee, wine and in between! Beds are comfortable. 2 bedrooms on lower level and one on mid level. Living space on top. Plenty of storage. Good water pressure. Air conditioning in each room work very well. Total steps in apartment = 35 from bottom bedrooms to top living area. Kitchen well equipped. Place is very clean and comfortable. TV has satellite with English channels!! We would stay here again. This is an amazing property in the best location. Highly recommend

Ironman ppl - Yes, you want to stay here!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. We traveled from USA to Nice for the Ironman World Championship - my husband raced. As soon as he qualified - we booked this great location. We were able to walk to all the Ironman locations. It is right across the street from the beach! Being in Old Town Nice was very nice. So many shops and restaurants. The property was very comfortable for 5 adults. Great accommodations. My only complaint is that there is not a proper “shower” in the master. It is only a tub with a hand held shower head. This is misleading in the listing details. It was easy to get to property from the airport on the Tram (local Nice rail in the city). FYI - Don’t buy a tram card at the airport. You can ride the tram for one stop for free. Go to the first non-airport train stop and buy a card there. It’s cheaper. We bought only 1 card for our family and my husband’s coach to use. You can use the card for more than one person/fare per trip. We took a day trip to Monaco by train. That was easy to navigate also.

Bien mais des bémols

Logement vraiment très bien placé : plage, marché, colline, port... Malheureusement le logement n'était pas très très propre et pas équipé comme on pourrait l'attendre. Par exemple, sur une semaine avec des enfants, nous aurions eu besoin de laver par terre mais pas un balai, pas une serpillère (mais 2 aspirateurs). De grosses difficultés pour se garer aux alentours : obligés de payer 120€ au parking souterrain. A prendre en compte dans son budget. En résumé, logement cher pour les prestations.

Lieu unique, la plus belle vue sur la promenade ! Exceptionnel

Nous avons été en famille, 3 enfants et notre chien. La maison est spacieuse, propre, confortable. L'emplacement est tout simplement magique. La mer à 50 m, le cours Saleya a 100m, au pied du château de Nice. Les propriétaires sont britanniques, la télé aussi- pas de chaînes française, mais dans ce lieu où tout est à voir l'essentiel n'est pas la télé. Les lits sont pour 2, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une chambre avec deux lits. Séjour exceptionnel dans lieu exceptionnel. Merci Connie, you make our stay confortable and joyfull !

We are so happy we found this house. beautiful views of the ocean and people watching from the front balcony and tucked in on the edge of Old Nice with its great restaurants and shopping behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would definately return.

Just wow!!!

This property is just stunning. The interior, the location, just everything about it was perfect for us. The house itself is spacious, airy and beautifully clean. The views of the sea and promenade are just superb. Communication with Eileen was fantastic, she was incredibly accommodating and flexible in these unusual covid times which was really appreciated. Connie was wonderful too, making check in and check out a smooth straight forward process. We loved the experience so much we have booked to come back next year! I cannot rate the house, Eileen and Connie highly enough.

Ein Schöner Stadt Urlaub mit einem Top Unterkunft. Komplet Klimatisiert alles vorhanden Kaffeemaschine bis Waschmaschine. Für 6 Personen mit 3 Schlafzimmer super geeignet. City 2 min. - Meer 2 min. Tip-Top. PS. Kein Parkplatz, die sollte man vorher reservieren (par Minuten Gehweg)
