Superbe appartement climatisé, situé au 7e et dernier étage avec une terrasse face à la mer, ce bien a été entièrement refait en 2021.

Il se trouve devant la promenade des anglais avec à 50 mètres la station de tramway qui vous conduira absolument partout dans Nice et même à l'aéroport ou la gare ferroviaire.

Il se compose de deux chambres , une salle de bain avec baignoire à remous, un WC indépendant, un hall d'entrée, un séjour avec une cuisine équipée, deux chambres, une terrasse et un balcon .

Possibilité de location de garage à proximité. Merci de revenir vers nous à l avance pour vérifier la disponibilité.

Il s agit d un immeuble d habitation calme, nous remercions les locataires de respecter la tranquillité de tous (ex : ne pas utiliser le bain à bulle après 22 heures...).

Fantastic view

We had a lovely stay in Nice. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of promenade and sea. Easy access to tram to go to old town. Tram stop only a block away. Rental bikes right across the street. You can easily take train to other towns. Easiest way to Ezr, Uber.

The property is wonderful, right on the ocean with a great view. It is large, comfortable, very clean, on the 7th floor with a very reliable elevator. The kitchen had everything required, although I didn't cook. The main bed was very comfortable. The bed in the second room is a single with a pull out trundle below. Security is strong there; I was alone most of the time and felt very safe. Shower works great. There is small grocery story and bakery right in back and the tram stops there. The tram enables you to get all over Nice so easily. The wonderful manager who checked me in may not speak a great deal of English (I speak French) but she was warm, welcoming and helpful. I would go back there is a heartbeat.

PERFECT STAY IN NCE

This apartment was just perfect - sensational views, very comfortable, large and bright and very clean -l and it's at a quieter end of town but a very short light rail trip to the centre. Our host was wonderful - showed us how everything works and was lovely - BBQ on the balcony and the kitchen was very well equipped. we would stay here again in a heart beat - high recommend. Thank you

Lovely stay for 3 nights in Nice....

We loved the flat which had everything we needed in it. The location was excellent and it was so easy to get to on the tram from the airport. We loved the terrace overlooking the promenade des Anglais and the sea - great for people watching! Mrs Arnold was a real star, so helpful and welcoming. Will recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful top floor apartment overlooking the sea!

This clean modern apartment right on the promenade! Top Yeah floor view off patio was fantastic! Convenient tram right behind us took us everywhere we wanted to go around Nice and beyond. Our host Christelle and her helper Sylvia were very warm and responsive to all our inquiries.loved the king sized bed! Highly recommend.

Fabulous top floor apartment with great balcony

Stunning apartment on the top floor of the building with all that we needed for a relaxing weekend break in Nice. Tram station directly behind building with links straight to airport and centre of Nice . Madam Arnold greeted us with a huge smile which set the tone for the whole weekend. She was very helpful when checking in and guided us through everything around the apartment. Will return when on any future trips to Nice.

Fantastic and better

The views were more spectacular than the website can display. The support was very nice and supportive. We had a problem with the key. And as soon as we contacted the property manager, she got a locksmith on site and fixed the issue.

Nice apartment, great location

The apartment is on the 7th floor above Promenade d'Anglaise with views from the balcony (with tables, chairs, BBQ) to the Med. Very quiet overnight because of the double, double glazing at the front and double glazing at the rear. It was clean and well appointed and had everything needed for our stay with a full array of kitchen equipment, smart TV and box with Netflix, Prime etc in the living room area, towels in the bathroom and hairdryer and an iron. Air con in the living area and two bedrooms. The Fabron tram stop is a minute away on the street behind and the No12 bus stop up to Nice centre just outside the apartment block on the promenade. A small thing was not being able to open the main bedroom window for fresh air. Otherwise it was ideal for our stay in Nice.

Trip of a lifetime!

We absolutely adored this property and had the best time during our babymoon! Christelle was very responsive, and the unit is beautifully renovated, clean, bright and spacious. We also found this unit to be good value for the money, and it had numerous grocery stores, quick marts and bakeries nearby, which was wonderful. We loved the stunning views from the balcony and patio, convenience of the in-unit laundry and gorgeous shower and tub. The access to the promenade and beach can’t be beat, and the tram is right behind the building for easy and inexpensive airport transit. Madame Arnaud let us in the unit during key pick-up, and she is simply the best — so friendly, helpful and kind. We can’t wait to return to Nice in the future and stay here again! Merci beaucoup!

The place was very nice and conveniently located with what should have been beautiful water views. However a couple of weeks prior to our reservation I received a notice from Christelle explaining that the balcony was to be encumbered by scaffolding during my entire stay in the apartment. She did offer a 10% and refunded me such. What I was not prepared for was the noise (banging and drilling) above head that was occasionally fairly loud. Also one of the days the entire balcony was lined in plastic and much debris were fallen on the balcony during that entire day.Two of the cabinet doors in the kitchen were missing. And the directions for how to operate machines were less than satisfactory as it often pertain to items no longer found in the apartment. And no instructions were given for operating the dishwasher, washer or oven. In closing the overhead lighting was a bit different then just pushing buttons. on/off and it took me three days to figure out how to work them properly. However, I do have to compliment the owner for providing a confortable double bed in the primary bedroom, with plenty of extra beddings, a pristine bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that was much appreciated, as well as being honest and offering a discount for the scaffolding issue.

Thank you for your message. We are sorry that this works affected the quality of your stay. Please note that this works was imposed on us by the co-ownership association and that as soon as we knew the dates, we informed the tenants concerned as quickly as possible. In your case, we notified you one month before your arrival, which gave you enough time to cancel your booking without incurring any costs. Since you chose to go ahead with your stay, we offered you a 10% discount on the rent to compensate for the inconvenience. When the scaffolding was installed, it turned out that it did not comply with what the contractor had told us, namely that it would allow almost normal use of the terrace. We contacted the contractor to have this corrected, but to no avail. We apologise again for these inconveniences. As far as we are concerned, none of the cupboard doors are missing. The technical manuals for the electrical appliances were all available on top of the refrigerator. The next time you encounter this type of problem; you can call the number we gave you. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back to our property, this time under conditions that will allow you to fully enjoy the amenities of this flat.

Perfect apartment for touring Nice

The apartment was just as advertised, clean, comfortable, very well-equipped, a fantastic view over La Plage Les Canailles on Baie des Anges. Highly recommended. It's a perfect location for touring Nice and surrounding areas. The modern Tramway (7 day unlimited pass is a great deal) stop is right behind the building (Arret Fabron), next to a Carrefour Supermarche, and a useful busline runs right along the beach on Promenade des Anglais. The Tram goes right to Nice Airport (NCE). Depending upon your abilities, you can walk to Vieux Nice or take the Tram (Blue Line 2 to Jean Medecin is a good bet). Christelle and Madame Arnold made our stay easy and fun, were both gracious and caring, explained the apartment and answered all our questions about local destinations. The two "gravity chairs" were perfect on the balcony at the end of a full day of touring. Can't say enough about Nice, just love the place, overflowing with beautiful architecture, art, crafts, sea and mountain views, lush flowering plants and trees of all sorts. Festive atmosphere, appreciative international crowds, not raucous, great restaurants & cafes, museums, Roman ruins. Recommend Musee des Beaux Arts, a walk right down the street, or Tram to arret Centre Universitaire Mediterraneen (up the prominent stairway on Rue Auguste Renoir), Cours Salya, cafe-life in the back alleyways. The colors of the building facades are remarkable. If you don't paint/draw, it will make you want to paint draw. We can't wait to return, will certainly stay here if we do.

Nice Stay

I want to say Christelle and the property manager were lovely. We were travelling with a toddler and a baby and Christelle didn’t originally have a baby travel cot BUT WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO GET ONE FOR US! How amazing is that?! The two bedrooms were great and equipped with full blackout blinds which were nice. The apartment is across the street from the beach and a 1 minute walk from the tram which is so convenient. It is pretty far from the city centre, but easy enough to get to via tram. The only thing to note is if you’re travelling with babies the neighbours downstairs are very sensitive to noise. Our 8 month old son was teething and struggling one night and we received a noise complaint. We felt like we were walking on eggshells afterwards as they also didn’t want my toddler to run (so we had to constantly watch how she was walking which if anyone has a toddler you know this to be extremely difficult). Nonetheless this is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you’re without kids. There is a nightclub right across the street that was pretty quiet Sunday-Wednesday, but the Thursday night we were there it was so loud I seriously wondered how the neighbours downstairs were going to handle it. It did make me feel a bit better as the sound of the music would drown out whatever noise my toddler was making. All in all a great place if you’re looking for a slower paced, simple family vacation or something a bit further away from all the action. It was also very easy and close to the airport!
