L'emplacement de l'appartement est fantastique à visiter et profiter de Barcelone, il est dans le centre-ville, et aprÚs cela, vous pouvez avoir un repos réconfortant avec vos enfants ou votre partenaire, car d'une maniÚre incroyablement calme.

Il est un appartement avec ascenseur dans un immeuble typique de la belle «Ensanche» au dernier étage.
Il est trÚs bien situé. Les principaux sites touristiques sont situés à 20 minutes à pied de l'appartement. (5-10 minutes en métro)
Il est parfait pour aller à Barcelone foire ou un congrùs (5 min. À pied)

L'aéroport est à 15 minutes en voiture.
Station de train à grande vitesse (gare AVE) est situé à 10 minutes de l'appartement.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Sehr zentral gelegen mit sehr guter Anbindung mit Bus und Metro, so dass alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten gut erreicht werden,Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann es sich nicht besser wĂŒnschen.Auch fĂŒr die Verpflegung, ob Supermarkt oder gĂŒnstiges Restaurant (Luna) ist bestens gesorgt. Sie sind in der Umgebung schnell zu fuss zu erreichen.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as listed. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. It was close to public transportation and many bakeries/restaurants. I loved that there were two bedrooms! Raul was super sweet and helpful. He went above and beyond with recommendations and even picked us up from the airport! We would definitely stay here again!

Our 1st visit to Barcelona was amazing, an absolutely stunning city with wonderful places to see, huge variety of things to do and fabulous food and wine. Our stay was made all the more special by the wonderful hospitality of our host Raul, from picking us at the airport, giving us a quick tour of the city, the welcome basket of fruit and wine to providing us with invaluable maps and recommendations of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries etc. We felt really well looked after by Raul, he definitely goes above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The apartment is lovely, in a really good location, has everything you need with the added bonus of a roof terrace. We would highly recommended staying here and we will hopefully visit again one day soon.

We highly recommend this VRBO. It's in a residential area close enough to "tourist" areas to either walk or use the Metro - super easy.We can't praise Raul enough for all his help during planning and our visit. He went above and beyond answering our questions including providing links to attractions and maps when we arrived. He picked us up at the airport and made sure we had transportation to the port for our cruise. We felt like we became part of his family. Loved Barcelona and will rebook this apartment when we return.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely well located in a quiet area of the city. The metro stop was within a short walk and there were some lovely restaurants nearby. Raul was a fantastic host and was incredibly thoughtful from the moment he met us at the airport. From the fruit basket and the thoughtful extras that were provided (milk, juice, wine and more), we could not have been more well looked after. Raul is the kind of host that others should aspire to be - simply wonderful. Thank you Raul - we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Barcelona!

Grand Stay in Barcelona

Our host, Raul, couldn’t have been better. After a long flight from Chicago, he greeted us at the airport and took us directly to our VRBO. We got all settled just before the country-wide blackout, but this worked to our advantage. Got a sandwich from a local shop, had lunch on the rooftop with the fruit and wine Raul provided. We then slept to get over our jet-lag and by morning the power was back. Our stay was perfect and the location offered plenty of local restaurants recommended by Raul and was easy to get around to all the sightseeing spots. Perfect for an extended stay in Barcelona.

Great location and excellent hosts

It was wonderful to be in a location with so much available by walking. Raul gave us a map of the area with recommended restaurants which we enjoyed immensely. He was extremely helpful. He even picked us up at the airport. He was also very good with communication before we arrived. When we had questions, he did his best to answer in a timely manner. The apartment is as pictured. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was at night. We felt at home. I highly recommend!

The perfect host

The flat is perfectly situated to visit the city and great for a stay with little kids because there's a parc with three different playground nearby. The flat itself is very nice and equipped with everything you could possible need: nespresso coffee, juice, milk, a fruit basket and wine as a welcoming gift, umbrellas, books, toys for children. The roof terrace ist beautiful and a perfect place to have breakfast. The host was unbelievably nice and helpful: Not only did he help us find a hotel, when we had to arrive a day earlier than planned, he also picked us up at the metro, helped us to carry the luggage, organized a buggy for our child and bought him a teddy bear as welcoming gift. He also explained how to get around the city, recommend places to see und restaurants to visit and answered all our questions. Overall the perfect host and perfect place to stay as a small family.

Toujours un excellent choix à travers les années

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis, pour la seconde fois , par Raul venu nous chercher Ă  la gare.Son appartement , pourvu de tous les conforts, est parfaitement propre.Raul et Carmen offrent dans la cuisine cafĂ© ,biscottes ,eau ,fruits et vin et plein de produits de base afin que les touristes aient tout sous la main Ă  leur arrivĂ©e : cela est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable .L’appartement est proche ,Ă  pieds en bus ou en utilisant les petits taxis peu chers Ă  Barcelone , de tous les centres de visite.Nous remercions donc Raul et Carmen pour leur accueil parfait et d’une grande gentillesse.et espĂ©rons ( si nous trouvons de la place libre !) revenir chez eux Ă  Barcelone. J’ajoute que les piĂšces donnent sur une trĂšs grande cour intĂ©rieure calme et sans voitures.N’hĂ©sitez pas c’est la bonne adresse

Wonderful stay in Barcelona!

My husband and I spent 5 night's at Raul and Carmen's apartment. It is very clean, well equipped and located within a 20-40 minute walk of all major attractions - for those who don't want to walk, the public transportation is close by, inexpensive and very efficient.The owners are extremely kind and helpful and go above and beyond to ensure their guests are well taken care of. They deserve 5 stars! Muchas gracias Carmen y Raul!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this homey apartment. It was a good base from which to explore Barcelona. The apartment had everything we needed to refresh ourselves and self cater. The terrace was delightful for relaxing over a glass of wine. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we felt warmly welcomed and comfortable. Raul picked us up from the train station and showed us his neighbourhood so we orient ourselves quickly. The hamper was such a surprise! Never have we been so happy to arrive in a city! Hopefully we can return one day.

My wife is from Galicia, in the north-west of Spain and she works as an accountant for a computer company.
We have two children. We live in the same building where the apartment is, and I managing my own apartment.
I like swimming and listening to music.
We love going to the beach and traveling.

The location of the apartment is fantastic to visit and enjoy Barcelona, and after that, you can have a comforting rest with your children or your partner because itÂŽs incredibly quiet.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is a quiet sunny place in the city center. ItÂŽs very well communicated and you can walk to the main sights in town. There are a lot of a good restaurants, markets and supermarkets if you prefer to cook at home.
Barcelona Fair is close to the apartment.
It takes only 15 minutes to the airport by taxi or airport bus, and 5 minutes to Sants station where you can take the High-Speed Train (AVE) and go to Madrid in two and a half hours.
Other important thing is that we live in the same building, so we can help you on anything that you need quickly, so very personalized attention.
