Hey Angel! So happy you enjoyed your stay. I wished you had asked me about heating the pool and tub because we always turn it on for all our guests requested it. The community does have a rule for 3 day minimum, so for our guests staying for 2 days requesting for pool heat, we just turn it on for 3 and only charge for 2. They wouldn’t even know about the 3 day rule. I’m so sorry about the peeling off sticker and leak. If we had known, we could send someone out when you guys were out, and fix it before you came back. I hope you will come back to stay with us again, and we will definitely make sure you can enjoy 100% of the house and the community next time!

Hi Karla, I wish you had told me about the problem you were experiencing during your stay. I would have definitely addressed them as an urgent matter for you. I understand that some guests feel like reaching out to their hosts is troubling them, but that's truly what we are here for, to take care of our guests during their stays. I would have loved to do anything I can to make your vacation great if you had let me know! Thank you so much again for staying with us!

Hi Carol, It took me some time to cool down before I could respond to you. You have been rude to me the entire time even before you arrived regardless of how polite and tentative my attitude was towards you. What you said in the review is not true. Internet did stop working on the day when you arrived at night, but I was able to get someone to fix it for you within hours that same night, and it stayed working for the rest of your trip. AC was not working one afternoon, and it was fixed within 2 hours from when you initially called me, and your entire group was not at the house during those 2 hours. AC also stayed working for the rest of your trip. I have text messages/emails to validate what I stated. I'm not trying to deny here that the issues did not occur, they both did (once), but I did try my best at resolving them and communicated every step of the way. All your messages/calls were answered within minutes, I apologized numerous times about the internet and the AC, but no matter what I said or did, you weren't happy (including before the issues occurred and after the issues were resolved). You stated many times throughout your stay that how much you paid for this reservation was outrageous and threatened me with a bad review (still have all these texts on my phone). I always answered your calls/texts with a positive and pleasant attitude even though I was never treated the same by you. You are the first guest ever that I rated "do not recommend"; nevertheless, I appreciate you choosing us, and I wish you can enjoy your vacations better in the future. For others who are reading this, I apologize for not sounding the nicest, but rest assured, internet and AC both have been reported working from the 3 consecutive groups who stayed after Carol.
