Our host was very welcoming! The proximity to the beach made it a short walk for us to go shelling, enjoy the sunsets, and to exercise our dog each day. Unit was quiet and we were close to many restaurants and ice cream!

The accessibility of what we wanted to include in our trip- Bubble Room, Blind Pass,Lighthouse Beach, Bowman Beach for sunsets - the rental beach for sunrise’s Everything we needed was in the rental. The luxury of the towels did NOT go un noticed. The cleanliness was so delightful. Suggestion: need new beach chairs - it was very difficult to open and shut the chairs. Finding the delightful area that the BLUE Giraffe restaurant was located was an extra surprise. Will be returning. Nancy responded sooo quickly and with much help - gave an extra feeling of security.

Charming beach cottage. Compact space but has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nancy is a 5 star host and extremely responsive. The proximity to the beach is the icing on the cake. So easy and convenient.

Quiet Blissful Getaway

Loved this little property. Great location and just steps away from the beach and close some really great restaurants! The cottage was very clean and just perfect for 1 person or a couple. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back for another stay!

Owner deceived us knowing my husband was handicapped as we had to drive to the beach NOT a 2 minute walk as advertised ! Knowing we were unhappy she offered to refund us & then changed her mind & refusing to do so! There was NO grill as advertised ! Will NEVER return ! No broom in house either..

Perfect place to stay

The place was better than I expected. I loved the way it was decorated. The bed was very comfortable! The Host was excellent. She answered all my questions before I went as well as while I was there. She really cares about your stay! I recommend this place for a great get away. You are also just right there at the beach!!! I would love to come back!

Great location really close to the beach

The property was really nice. We met some great people staying next door. The room was bright and clean. The screen porch was very nice. The only thing that could be an issue for someone would be the shower is very very small. We loved our stay in Sanibel and would love to stay at this property again.

Relaxing week!

Property well groomed, so close to the beautiful beach. Accommodations comfortable, lacking night stand on one side of bed, and a dresser to be able to store clothes. We found refrigerator much too small at times, one addition that would be great would be a water hose at the Studio entrance as well. Felt like I was imposing on the other renters when we went to wash off sand after the beach, since hose near there door/porch. Would love to rent property again in the near future!
