Stroll along breathtakingly scenic Nantucket Harbor beaches, shop and enjoy World-Class dining, all just steps away from this historic former Sea Captain's home, located a block from the water in the heart of Nantucket Town.

Freshly updated decor fill every room with charm, new features and modern amenities. Enjoy 5 large bedrooms with high ceilings, 4 full baths, a beautiful outdoor entertainment area, glimpses of the Harbor from upper floors, and spacious manicured lawn. Excellent and well-appointed living spaces both indoor and out allow for gracious living and privacy. Captain's View is the perfect in-Town oasis for a Nantucket experience to long remember.

The first floor features a bedroom (King) with TV, Living Room with sectional seating, Family Room with sectional seating and TV. Sunny kitchen/Great Room with dining area that seats 10. French doors open to large brick terrace garden with sectional seating, umbrella, teak table that seats 10, gas grill, outdoor shower and enclosed beautifully landscaped lawn. A separate sizeable Study next to the dining area includes a desk with two 32" computer monitors, perfect for working remotely. Full bath with tub and shower on the 1st Floor.

The 2nd Floor boasts a spacious Primary suite (King) with high vaulted ceiling, atrium windows, sitting area with sofa and chair, TV, French doors to a private deck with glimpses of water views, work-space with chair, and private bath with tub and shower.

Also on 2nd Floor: 2 large bedrooms each with two double beds. Hall bath with tub and shower. The 2nd floor also features a light-filled open-ceiling winding staircase to the 3rd Floor, and bright new laundry area with two washing machines and two dryers.

The 3rd Floor suite opens to a sitting area with sofa and chair, TV, work-space with chair. King bed area has window array with glimpses of Harbor views. Full bath with tub and shower.

A/C throughout. Two tandem (front to back) off street parking spaces in brick driveway.

This house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for 5 female coworkers. It was walking distance to town, has tons of space and was beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place

We really enjoyed our stay at Captain’s View. The house had everything we needed, spacious rooms, and lots of space to comfortably hang out. You cannot beat the location - it was easy to walk to town! Can’t wait until next year! 🤞🏻🎅🏻
