MAISON FAMILIALE FANTASTIQUE. DU PLAISIR POUR TOUS LES ÂGES.

Belle grande maison à l'envers entourée de 500 acres de terres protégées. 4 chambres en bas avec leurs propres portes vers le porche des agriculteurs pour cette heure privée tôt le matin. Aussi coin TV, coin lecture, 2 salles de bain complètes et grande buanderie. A l'étage, lumineux séjour ouvert, table à manger pour 14 personnes, cuisine gastronomique, coin bureau et salle de bain. Il y a aussi un porche grillagé et une immense terrasse. Les portes entre le pont et le salon se glissent dans les murs, doublant l'espace social ouvert. Vue à distance de la ville et du port depuis le pont. Et au dernier étage se trouve une suite parentale avec son propre coin salon, un lit king-size et une salle de bains avec un tube de trempage et une douche. Piscine, ping-pong, baby-foot, poids au sous-sol.
Dehors, il y a un terrain de balle wiffle et un terrain de volley-ball. Hamacs pour cet après-midi paresseux. Et foyer pour s'mores. Près de la piste cyclable Polpis-Sconset et du bus public. Moins d'un mile de la plage de Quidnet. Sunfish, kayak et vélos disponibles.

Papanannas is a special place - we loved having our girls trip there. Check in was easy and Penny was super communicative. Definitely stay here!

Incredible stay for my 30th birthday!

Came here with a group of 13 friends from NYC for my birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Enough space for all of us, perfect environment for a fun yet relaxing weekend. Would absolutely come back! Penny thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

Beautiful house

This house is perfect for large groups to be able to socialize together. Fully appointed kitchen. Large dining table for all to enjoy meals together. Comfy living room with fireplace.

Week with extended family in ACK

Penny’s house was perfect for our family’s week on Nantucket. Clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The house was well stocked with everything you might need for a beach vacation- chairs, umbrella, towels, bikes, etc. The views from the back deck are truly magical. If you are looking for a serene getaway on Nantucket, look no further. 10/10!

Such a beautiful house, with everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone - perfect place for a family reunion. Everything was so lovely. So many happy memories were created around the large dining room table. Truly a remarkable property!

It was simply perfect! The listing doesn't do justice to the view of the sunset (and later in evening the stars!!!) outside the huge opening in the living room through sliding glass doors. We've been going to Nantucket for 35 years and have rented 7 houses in that time. This was one of our favorites! Very special.

What a beautiful house! Fully stocked kitchen… great for entertaining. Lovely host… very accommodating. Only drawbacks: No platform tent as in listing, very few toys… if you have children under 5…. Bring toys!!! There were tons of card games:) overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!:)

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home tucked away surrounded by hundreds of acres of conservation land. It is by far the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The house has lots of games for kids as well as adults, e.g., ping pong, pool, board games, etc. And outdoors is a swing set, wiffle ball, fire pit, etc. Our three generation family all had a great time.

Overall, this is a very nice property. The 5th bedroom is not really a bedroom - no closet and quite small. Otherwise, the property is very nice and the extra towels, including beach towels, is a nice feature.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is perfect. Spacious, clean, and gorgeous views. We had the most beautiful sunsets and spent most of the time on the deck. We are so excited to go back next year!

Perfect for Family Destination Reunion

The house is well-appointed and the middle floor with its open layout between kitchen, great room and two patios is perfect for large family gatherings. The large kitchen table was big enough for 13 of us to eat together. We made all our dinners at the house and found everything we needed for cooking and serving in the well-stocked kitchen. We loved playing ping-pong and pool in the basement in the evenings. The house is in a lovely, quiet area of Nantucket, but a car is a must. Penny, the host, was very responsive to the many questions we asked about activities, restaurants, and packing. We cherished our time on Nantucket!

Perfect for a group of 8!

We loved staying at Papanannas. We were there for a lower key bachelorette and were seeking some place that had ample space for 8 30+ year old ladies, where everyone had their own bed and this was perfect. the neighborhood is quiet, and everyone around town was familiar with the family which was awesome. We were able to grill and have dinners at the house, and even do yoga outside on the deck with 8 people comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to stay again!

Beautiful Island Getaway

Absolutely beautiful island home is better than the pictures. Open floor plan on the second level is perfect for everyone to gather and the large sliders opening to the deck provide the perfect back drop of evening sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Secluded location but minutes to down town. Kitchen is well appointed with everything needed. Can't say enough, its a great place.

Beautiful

The home is beautiful and in the most gorgeous setting with spectacular views. We were six adults and a toddler and we were all very comfortable. The house has space enough for everyone to be together or to have some quiet time to yourself! I would highly recommend this property to anyone, you will not be disappointed!!! Great winter getaway

Wonderful winter escape for us. Lots of room indoors and lots of room outdoors for our two families with 3 kids ages 4 and 5. Kitchen well stocked for us as we had all our meals at home due to corona. Would come back again.
