Start or finish your day at any of the terraces of the apartment, staring at the amazing views to Montjuic castle or Tibidabo.

THE SPACE:

This luminous and comfortable, air-conditioned apartment is situated near Plaza España and Plaza Universitat, with stunning views to Montjuic.

The apartment is ideal for families with children, couples or digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work at.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 4 people distributed in 2 bedrooms, each with it's own en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size bed (that can be splitted into two separate beds)

Bedroom 2: 1 King Size bed (that can be splitted into two separate beds)

*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

Nowadays Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. The Eixample is one of the most dynamic and comfortable areas to live in Barcelona, mainly because there’s always a restaurant, shop, supermarket or bar at walking distance.

This is an amazing property in a beautiful part of Barcelona. While the apartment is a bit worn, the glass door showers are in the bedroom, and the bathrooms are not well enclosed, the double terraces make up for everything. The view from the terraces is amazing, and the terraces are a wonderful place for sharing a meal or bottle of wine in the beauty of the city without leaving home. The terrace was truly magical at night.In addition, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were large. The showers were also large with plenty of hot water. The property manager was also very helpful, making check-in quite simple. Overall, we strongly recommend this property.

The place was beautiful, although some things were broken from previous renters. Communicated to host immediately and they responded quickly. Beds were comfortable but to American visitors, be aware that there were no "fitted" bottom sheets like we are used to, however, beds were made upon arrival and clean. Love the easy keyless entry. Did not make full use of the kitchen or washing machines and the tv in living room did not seem to work on some channels, but since our visit was on the short side, it did not matter to us. Delicious pastry shop right next door. Did not spend time in the area, but explored other parts of the city. Easy public transportation to where we wanted to go.

This lovely apartment is in a great location in Barcelona. The flat boasts not one but two decks with outstanding views. The apartment is very spacious and has most all of the amenities you would need. They have an elevator for moving luggage to the top penthouse floor. Though in a busy neighborhood, the apartment itself is very quiet. The check in process could have been a little easier but once that was resolved, access was easy. I would recommend a coffee maker with filters be provided. There is a Keurig type machine but you will need to buy the cups. Other than that, you are in a beautiful spot in a beautiful city. You can't beat that.

It was nice overall. Checking in was a bit of an issue as you must meet someone at a specific time who will let you in the condo and explain things to you which is different that we have been used to in the past with contactless entry.

This is a clean, beautiful apartment on the top floor of a 7- or 8-floor building. It is in within walking distance, depending on your abilities, of some of the major attractions and a quick and easy taxi ride to almost anywhere you want to go. You are asked to check in with a contact the day before you arrive, which, for us in the US is a travel day, arriving on checkin day, so we didn't have personal contact with our contact person, but he was available via WhatsApp and gave us clear instructions to access without a key. The showers are in each bedroom, could be a problem for some, but there were two of us, with complete bathrooms, so wasn't an issue and kind of interesting. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so very private and pretty much soundproof from the other. Views from the front balcony and back deck are amazing. While the apartment was clean, sufficient bath towels, comfortable beds, we did find it was lacking a bit in maintenance, i.e. curling rugs that should have been replaced, torn curtains, and it would have been good to have some manuals for appliances, as well as plugs for at least one sink to wash dishes. There was a sufficient kitchen to do basic cooking. You will need to supply your own spices, tissues, and additional paper towels.
