Cette grande maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes à Key Colony Beach. L'aménagement paysager luxuriant avec des tilleuls clés, des manguiers, des bananiers et des avocats offre un endroit privé et tranquille pour recharger vos batteries. La maison dispose d'une piscine privée d'eau salée avec un spa à jets, parfait pour se rafraßchir aprÚs une longue journée sur l'eau. Les deux chambres ont leurs propres salles de bains attenantes, ce qui est parfait pour 2 couples. Un magnifique porche grillagé offre aux clients un endroit idéal pour prendre un verre et lire un bon livre. Cette maison a également un abonnement au Club Cabana avec une piscine olympique chauffée pour votre plaisir!

Family fun

Lemon Drop is a great vacation home. It was clean and very well stocked. The pool and jacuzzi were clean & the landscaping was beautiful. Key Colony is a well patrolled friendly community.

Beautiful home and love all the upgrades done since we last stayed there.

Always a pleasure to work with Sandy through booking in VRBO. The home has had upgrades and it looks beautiful inside. It’s a perfect size for our family. We’ve been staying at Key Colony Beach for over 18 years. Always a great time and would highly recommend this home. If they ever want to sell please keep us in mind!!

Great vacation in Marathon!

We had an excellent stay at Lemon Drop rental. The house was clean and organized
loved the labeling and simple organization that made it easy to live/work in for the week. We spent many hours in and around the beautiful pool area and screened-in porch. In addition to enjoying restaurants and activities in Marathon, the location was perfect for day trips to Key West and to Islamorada. The Key Colony neighborhood was a safe, quiet community

Excellent Property

The description of the property was just as the listing explained. Beautiful property and surroundings. Property was located near excellent restaurants and other activities. The property management was quick to respond to questions . A shout out to Kasey, she made sure we had cold beverages upon arrival and arranged a wonderful mix of breakfast foods dropped off to us on Thanksgiving morning. Overall an excellent stay and vacation to Marathon , Florida.

The home was very nice and comfortable. We loved the beautiful yard and the screened porch was much better than even the pictures. We spent much of our time there. The bedrooms were large and well furnished. The kitchen and laundry appliances were very up scale. SO new that we could have used some instructions. Of course we managed them anyway. Nice neighborhood, quiet and close to everything. We would recommend the home for others.

Spring getaway.

Great location. Beautiful view on the canal. The outdoor space is very nice and of course the pool and hot tub was a big bonus. The home is very comfortable and extremely well stocked. I would highly recommend this home.

Amazing

This place is amazing. We rented a boat for the week and there was plenty of room to dock it plus quick access to the ocean. The backyard with the pool is incredible and the property is fenced in which was perfect for our dog. The house is very up to date and super comfortable. Location is excellent as well.

Awesome!

LOVED this place! One of the few places I’ve stayed that looks just like the pictures. It was super clean and the property managers provide the basic things you may need to get you started. Staying on the canal was great (even saw a small shark there one day) and having the club passes was perfect (easy 2 minute walk to the beach). Our pool and hot tub were very convenient to have at the house. Everyone that worked at the club was also very nice. The location to the popular things in Marathon was great, and it’s only ~1 drive to Key West. The property managers were also very friendly and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely come back!!!

Highly recommend!

We had 2 couples and our small dogs with us. It was fenced in, so perfect for the dogs. The house was well equipped, and seemed either newly or recently renovated. Choice of screened in or outside seating, & nice pool. The property had everything we needed!

Perfect!

The house was so perfect for two couples because both rooms had king beds and bathrooms. The property is so beautiful with fruit trees and palms. It made for sun and shade. We actually spend a whole day at the house because being outside was such a pleasure. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect.

Great Spring Break 2019!

We stayed at the Lemon Drop last week and it was a beautiful home in a great location! Home has been completely updated and was comfortable for our family of 4! The hammock was a great place to hang, the pool was refreshing and the full time neighbors were welcoming! Key Colony Beach is a quirky community with some weird rules and ordinances, however they did not affect us, thankfully! We would come back and visit the Lemon Drop again in the future! Fresh banana & Lime trees too!! Pots of pineapple growing all around the lush, beautifully landscaped property! Thanks!!

Lemon Drop review

We stayed at Lemon Drop for 1 week the end of April 2016 and loved it. It was the perfect size home for my husband, myself and our college age son. The home was very clean and the bed and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was just the right size and was stocked with all the cooking items we needed. The screened in porch was delightful with the ceiling fan and the breeze. The boat dock was perfect for our boat 18 foot and easy to get to both the Atlantic and the Gulf with a short canal drive. Each afternoon when not out on the boat we would spend it by the pool which was refreshing and there was plenty of shade not to mention may types of fruit trees in the yard. One week every year we stay in the Keys and Lemon Drop will now be our home to come to each year!
