Perfect location for a conference at the JW and very close to the public beach access path. Very clean and nice condo. Pool is nice and the property overall was really nice and quiet. Will stay again!

Great Location!

Great stay, easy access and so near the beach! The onsite pool is lovely, clean and quiet. Darin as host, was easy to communicate with prior to check in and we had no need for contact once we arrived. The process was seamless and our stay was terrific! We would return!

Marco Island Vacation

We came down to Marco Island for a short vacation before meeting up with family later in the week. The condo was exactly as advertised - great location, easy access to a fantastic beach and a well appointed condo. We definitely recommend Darin and this property to other travellers.

Quick get away

We stayed here for one full day. It was almost the best vacation I’ve been on. Great location (so close to the beach). The place was very clean. Had lots of beach supplies. The host was quick at responding and was super nice. All in all had everything we needed and was a beautiful stay.

Just steps from the Beach

2 day stay. Property was just as listed, very clean, new appliances, and directly across street from beach, & Marriott. Close to everything Marco Island offers. Will use again & definitely recommend Just steps from the Beach. Communication from owner was great, quckly responded to my questions.

Fabulous stay!

This is a great condo with easy access to the beach through the public walkway across the street. The condo is well-appointed with super nice appliances and a well-stocked closet of beach items (chairs, towels, coolers, umbrella, pull cart, noodles). The pool is nice and the condo has a roomy balcony. Darin is a great host and provides helpful information. Hope we can stay here again!!

The beach is calling!

We absolutely loved our stay right across the street from the public beach access path. Marco is a beautiful area and rhe beach is beyond amazing. The condo is updated, clean and had everything we needed. We were happy to use the beach wagon and chairs. The property is well maintained. Everyone was friendly.
