100% Newley Remodeled Condo with beach access across the street

This is a stunning 1 bedroom 1 bath condo that was just completely re-done. The beach is directly across the street and so is the beach access point, this access point is the best in my opinion because its located right next to the JW Marriott, Marco's finest hotel. You can shop or dine at the hotel and if you wish to use the amenities, you can buy a day pass. The condo itself has been completely re-done. Everything from the floors, kitchen, bedrooms, and bath are completely new. It has great balcony area where you can do some great people watching and really feel the energy of the Island as you see all the passer byers. The condo complex features a pool, sunbathing area, community grill, and tennis courts. You will need to register your car with the building manager.

SUPER Vacation Condo

I love this place. I was there a week alone and then my two adult children joined me part of the second week. Such a perfect setup for us. IDEALLY located across from the public access path to the beach. Great pool too! Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean, comfy and great location

Newly renovated, clean, and comfortable condo in a great location! Just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. A real gem! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Spring break review

We have been coming to Marco for years and I have never experienced such a lovely. The condo was brand new and the location was perfect. We hope we can rent it the same next week last week. Thank you for a great experience !

Condo was in perfect location across street from public beach access. Plenty of space. Condo pool was nice but perhaps a little too warm. Condo could have had a few more essentials such as garbage bags, extra toilet paper etc. But overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Nice new condo. Very nice location. Definitely could use a washer and dryer. Also property manager was not helpful. Couldn’t give useful directions to the condo. Also didn’t know the code to get into the condo complex. Annoying.

Great Stay

Wonderful location across from walkway to the beach. No Gulf view but we knew before renting. There are pay washing machines available on each level. It would be nice to have in the unit as the information they provide states it is the guest responsibility to wash towels except for last days prior to leaving. I have never rented where they expected guests to leave clean towels. Property and unit was very clean and well maintained

Clean and Quaint

The unit was clean, fresh and may have been recently renovated. This unit has lots of space and comes with many utensils, lots of towels, fun games if you are traveling with a family and it's close proximity to the JW Marriott. This was a business trip for me but I would definitely stay here for a vacation on another trip.

Wonderful Marco property

The location cannot be beat for the price. It’s directly across from beach access and within a short walk to numerous restaurants. This condo was clean & convenient. The owner also provided a few extras like access to beach toys for the kids & coffee pods for the Keurig. I would definitely stay here again.

Inconvenient checkout process!

The property was lovely, clean, modern, conveniently located. The inconvenient checkout process requires doing laundry. We were never told about that initially, nor where a laundry mat was located. Finding enough quarters to run the washer and dryer was a hassle. Leaving the facility in good condition is obviously a necessity, but doing the laundry before you leave is asking a lot especially when paying more than hotel rates per night. At least give the renter a heads up so they are aware prior to arrival. Also, the lock box on the door knob made it almost impossible to turn the knob. Frustrating each time you came and went.

Great time

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time! The condo was cute and very clean. Not a lot of pans for cooking and the coffee maker didn’t work for us! But the location is amazing and so close to the beach access and restaurants. The door was difficult to open due to the humidity but the maintenance man on the property was very helpful! We will definitely be back to Marco Island 😊

Very relaxing vacation

We didn't have washer/dryer. Told beforehand there wouldn't be a keurig coffee maker in the room but there was one. So we brought ours from home for nothing. It counted as my personal item on the plane. Not happy about it.

Great rental!

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Brand new condo that was fully equipped with beach chairs, cart, and beach towels. Would definitely rent again.

The directions were a little confusing as we were getting in late at night. The property and location were great! Very clean and super comfortable bed!! The only suggestion we have is that the bathroom could use a toilet paper holder. We would definitely come back to this property again!

Excellent Lication

This was our first time to Marco. Love the laid back feel of the island. The condo was newly renovated and very nice. Check in/out process was very easy. The location is across from the JW Marriott. Easy walk to restaurants. We rented bikes for the week. Highly recommend.
