Monteverde Cozy Apartment

Cozy just renewed apartment in a quiet area of the Monteverde district.

The house is on the first floor (no lift) and it has a living room with a sofa bed (120x190 cm), table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, a queen size bedroom with wardrobe and TV, a bathroom with shower, an utility room with washing machine.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the main bedroom, free wi-fi internet connection, heating, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby cot, towels and linen.

On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from/to the airport

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

For stays longer than 20 nights, the cost of electricity and gas will be paid according to consumption: €0.50 per kwh (electricity) and €1.30 m/cube (gas).For stays longer than 20 nights, a deposit of 150.00 euros is required for utilities, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.

Tram n 8 is a 5 minutes walk from the house.

The tram in 5 minutes will take you to Trastevere train station, in 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Trastevere and in 15 minutes will reach Piazza Venezia, the heart of Rome.

From Piazza Venezia you can reach the Colosseum and Fori Romani in 10 minutes,Spanish steps,Trevi Fountain and Pantheon in about 15 minutes.

The house can be easily reached from Fiumicino airport using the train to Trastevere station then tram n. 8 for 5 stops ( your stop is Gianicolense/Ravizza) then 5 minutes walk

Otherwise from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can arrive at Termini train station and from there take the bus H ( your stop is Gianicolense/Ravizza) that will leave you at 5 minutes walk from the house.
