Profitez de tout ce que San Diego a à vous offrir: conventions d'entreprise (même le Comic-Con) et la plage, Torrey Pines, Balboa Park, le célèbre zoo de San Diego (pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns) - dans un cadre privé, confortable et joliment meublé, propre et studio situé au centre. Nous sommes situés au coeur de San Diego!
Notre belle et spacieuse suite studio est attachée à notre maison dans le quartier magnifique et calme de Bay Park, dans le Tecolote Canyon. Vous apprécierez votre propre entrée privée. La chambre est maintenant équipée de la climatisation. Vous aurez votre propre kitchenette avec une cafetière, une cuisinière, un micro-ondes et un four grille-pain. Nous vous fournirons assez de café pour votre premier matin.
Vous aurez un accès direct à la buanderie (commune). La salle de bain a été construite pour accueillir un fauteuil roulant. Le shampooing et le revitalisant sont fournis. Il y a deux ventilateurs de plafond. Un chauffage mural fabuleux avec des commandes murales. Puits de lumière au-dessus du canapé et dans la cuisine.
Nous sommes une maison sans fumée et sans drogue.

À propos de notre communauté: Bay Park est un quartier familial merveilleux et calme qui est situé au centre de tout (sentiers, plages, restaurants, bars, centre-ville, Coronado, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland - liste continue)! Plus précisément, notre studio est situé dans le canyon de Tecolote (à quelques pas du centre de la nature) où vous pourrez faire une randonnée, une promenade dans la nature ou même un vélo de montagne.
Louez avec nous et vous serez à 6 1/2 milles de COMIC CON! Nous sommes à 1. 5 miles de la station de Trolley la plus proche qui vous mènera directement au Centre des congrès.
Vous serez à 1 mile de Mission Bay Park; 6. 6 miles à Pacific Beach; 4 miles à Sea World; 6. 5 miles au centre-ville Gaslamp Quarter & 7 1/2 miles au célèbre zoo de San Diego et Balboa Park!

Absolutely a 10! The hosts Emily and Kris were most attentive and made sure we had a great stay. The room was spacious for 2 people. There is a small kitchenette.The bathroom and shower were well designed. A parking spot is provided. It is in a nice residential neighborhood and close to many of the attractions in San Diego. It is a short drive to Historic Old Town and the trolley. The trolley makes 11 stops at key tourist spots including the Midway, the Zoo, Seaport, Little Italy to name a few. Liberty Station is a short drive away as is Sea World. We also found an authentic Italian restaurant called Antica Trattoria in nearby La Mesa. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again. Book this residence with confidence---you won't be disappointed!

Amazing little spot and perfect for our trip to SD. Host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everything you could ask for at the house. AC, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, laundry and an AMAZING shower with lots of water pressure. One of the best places we’ve stayed!

Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay while in the San Diego area. Located in a safe, quiet, centrally located neighborhood, the suite was immaculately clean, roomy, and well-stocked with everything we could need: nice linens, toiletries, beach towels, etc. The bed was super comfy and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Stayed by myself for a short trip to see friends in San Diego. Great location and host. Clean and comfortable and had everything I needed and ev charging. Great trails a few minutes walk away in the canyon. Would stay again.

Kris and I met in 2002 training for a marathon. We married in Mexico 3 years later. We have two wonderful high-school aged children who keep life fun, full, and busy. Like you, we love traveling.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our Studio Suite is private. It is a beautifully converted former garage. We raised the roof, insulated the walls, added plumbing, a kitchenette, new windows (including two operable skylights) and a beautiful all-glass front door. You will be able to park in the driveway and enter the studio through your own gate (shown in listing) and into your own private and secure entrance/front door. There are two solid pocket doors separating you from us. The kitchenette space divides the studio from the main house. On one side of the kitchenette (as seen in photos) you will find all of your kitchen essentials. On the opposite, you will find the laundry room. We too utilize the laundry room, but limit our usage to when you are out enjoying the sights. A portion of the kitchenette/laundry is our pantry space. The pantry cabinets will feel separate from your kitchenette. Please peruse the photos. They capture all of the kitchenette space you will enjoy and you will be able to see the pocket door previously mentioned. We have our own refrigerator in the main house. However, we have some frozen items stored in the kitchenette freezer. We are happy to share. To be clear, the refrigerator in the kitchenette is for your use.

Note: The operable skylight lets in a lot of natural light.
